Got 2 beers, and the specials on taco tuesday. Advertised for $1 outside and menu said $2. Bill was calculated on paper and charged “cash only” after we had already ate our food. Step dad charged $39 for the $5 special on coneys and (5) $2 tacos and 2 beers. I was charged $28 for 2 beers, nachos, coney special, and chicken sandwich. Glad the owner could buy everyone in the bar shots or food besides us, first time visitors. Wont be back.

HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER GO HERE!! They ridiculous over charge and they’re only cash with no receipts. No drink menu so you can’t double check. Terrible place. Never ever going back!!! Trash trash trash! GROSS!!

An amazing experience of local atmosphere and Indiana hospitality. Had an amazing time getting to know some of the regulars at this road side saloon. Friendly atmosphere and good times. People even lifted my tab!
Had a steak special last night. It was awful, half fat. I had ask what type of steak it was before ordering and was told new York steak. Worst cut of meat I've seen. I think it was the butt end of a strip steak but was barely recognizable as steak. But what can you expect for a 10 dollar steak dinner. If you're visiting as out of towner, this is a CASH only place.

We stopped in this Indianapolis bar for a nightcap. Great music was playing, the bartender was friendly and attentive, and the pours were very acceptable. Nice place!

This place needs a manager capable of training and managing bar staff. I ordered a Whiskey sour from two different bartenders and both of them asked me how to make one. They poured a shot of whiskey into a cup full of sour mix and charged me. If you’ve ever had a cocktail you know how disgusting that is. A bartender should know how to make basic cocktails, and it puts both people in an uncomfortable situation when they don’t. The brunette with curly hair and glasses isn’t ready to be behind the bar, let alone on a Saturday night. She looked like a deer in the headlights, absolutely frantic and the older blonde was no help either. Train your employees because this was tragic. Excise would have a hayday with this place.
