I went to this coffee shop a couple of times for drinks and snacks. They have the hot and cold coffee drinks you would find at most cafes. They have other drinks as well like energy drinks and frozen ones. They have an assortment of sandwiches and pastries too. I bought a caramel cold brew during my visits and I found that one time it was made perfectly but the next time it was too bitter. I also got some donut holes once and they were good but tasted reheated and not fresh. Not a bad spot to get a drink or something to eat, just wish it was more consistent.

The iced matcha had so much ice that the whipped cream couldn't get down to the drink. How about less ice and more matcha tea?

I purchased a 24 oz decaf latte and a turkey & havarti bagel today for >$13 with tip. I asked to have my water bottle filled with hot water and was told he would fill it this time but not again. His explanation was that people were asking for hot water and then using their own tea bags vs. buying tea. In addition, the bagel had 1 very thin slice of turkey, a very thin spread of cream cheese, and havarti - it tasted like a cheese bagel. I was underwhelmed by the service and both the latte and bagel quality. I hope they decide not everyone is asking for hot water to skip paying for tea and that charging for the cup may be a better alternative than refusing to serve hot water to customers. Starbucks and most other coffee shops are more than willing to provide a cup of hot water free of charge.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but after three times of going to a Bibgby coffee and being disappointed I will leave one now. I came to this location with my husband. He ordered a decaf cappuccino and got hot milk with some coffee. We showed it to the barista because he thought she made cafe au lait and the girl just looked at him. The other employee supposedly fixed it and he got the same drink-a bunch of milk with a splash of coffee. I have worked in my past life as a barista many times and explained that a cappuccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk and 1/3 foam. Isn’t this coffee making 101? I got a cold brew for almost $5 that tastes quite watery. Beyond that all the Bigby locations I’ve gone to have such low vibrational energy. It is quite disappointing and to think that I considered buying a franchise. Thank god I didn’t pursue it!

All the time that we have been going into this particular Biggby, they’ve always given us military discount and all of a sudden very rudely. The young man worked there informed us that they have never ever done that they basically went. We were talking about so we will never go back. There are other BIGGBY COFFEE’s that we will go to that they are much better

I thought this place would have a good coffee, but I was mistaken. I had ordered a cappuccino and I received straight milk. If I understand correctly Cappuccino is known for its balance between strong coffee flavor and creamy texture not milk with a Splash of coffee. And to fix it I had to pay extra and it wasn’t even correct. So I spent $8 for one cup of So-called cappuccino that I had to throw away. Will never return.

The BEST coffee and bagel I've ever had. Coffee did not have a "sour and bitter" aftertaste like most others, better than Starbucks!! I normally get a lot of sugar to counteract that flavor, but next time I'll get less since their coffee doesn't need that much! The bagle was huge, soft and delicious. Can't beat $5 dollar coffee and bagel deal or $7 coffee and bagel sandwich deal which is what I got. It was the perfect mix of toasted and soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's not close to where we live but we'll make the drive there again because it's so worth it!!
