This location is convenient to my work, but the last 4 bagel sandwiches I've gotten did not have cream cheese. $6 for a sandwhich, it should include all 3 ingredients. I even say when I'm ordering to include it. Iced mochas are hit and miss here as well. The location by my home is always consistent.

As much as I like this place, them forcing you to verbally answer if you want to leave a tip is very uncomfortable. Putting a tip option on the keypad is one thing but to not be able to get your drink until after they put you on the spot is very bad.

I went here today Feb 3 and got some coffee with coconut milk and a vegan bagel. I was told they didn’t have the vegan cheese but was still charged the same price. When I got my bagel, the vegan sausage was so hard, I just knew I broke my tooth. I’ve gone to Biggby several times in Michigan and I ALWAYS get this sandwich. It has NEVER tasted like this. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich for fear of breaking my teeth. So I basically paid $6 for a bagel

The manager and owner have no idea how to run a business. They have attitudes, charge for items that are free to them such as tap water even after you spend $20, their food items are a huge lack, and their drinks never taste good

My experience here was beyond awful. Starting with the rude and lazy barista name Katherine, tall blonde hair just incase there are more than one Katherines working here. I had to return my drink cause admitted she failed to make it properly. She continued to talk about me to her fellow coworkers, not thinking I could hear everything she was saying. Just a terrible experience. I don't think I will return knowing that she will purposely ruin the items I'll order.

This place was nice to begin with got our food okay but no cream cheese on the bagel sandwiches we stayed and ate and then wanted to place another order. No one was up front I could see them in the back on their phone. I ordered 4 drinks and they announced them and put them on the counter when I went to get them all to go the barista couldn’t tell me which one was which and RUDELY told me we don’t mark them that’s why called it out and she would not help me figure out what drink was what. I was having a nice day before this but she was so unhelpful didn’t even try and was SO RUDE!!!!!
