Typically positive service. However, today was certainly not typical:
-Three employees clustered together talking with the lone customer by the counter.
-Being the only customer awaiting for two simplistic coffee and tea products, the wait was ridiculously long and not necessary. Finally, after staring at the three, one did pick up our two drinks and gave them to us. Both were not hot due to sitting on the counter as the three chit chatted until finally noticing that “Oh, gee! We do have this customer at our window.”

Again, not typical, however, inexcusable.

Came here on new year’s eve with a pretty large order before closing, a nice young lady with blonde hair didn’t give me any issues like other workers usually do! The coffee was amazing and the customer service was awesome 10/10 coffee shop.

Pumpkin muffins are good, Carmel apple cider perfect, but the Carmel Marshmello is disgusting, coffee was burnt and the flavors did not meld well

Lady Lioness

This is close to where I live i have visited this location numerous and I mean numerous times. The quality and consistency of my drinks is highly variable, for over $7 (and many times a tip included) I am fed up. I now make the extra drive to the 96th St location who always get it right. I also usually have to wait a very long time at the Sunnyside location for not so great drink. Please do better bc I'd like to come back.

The food and drinks are great, but today I sat in the drive through with two cars in front of me for 20 minutes. I asked what the problem was once I got to the window and was told their espresso machine was acting up. I didn’t order anything with espresso so they really should have had the people in front of me pull forward until their drinks were ready so the line didn’t get backed up like it was. Usually this location is quick but today was ridiculous.
