This is close to where I live i have visited this location numerous and I mean numerous times. The quality and consistency of my drinks is highly variable, for over $7 (and many times a tip included) I am fed up. I now make the extra drive to the 96th St location who always get it right. I also usually have to wait a very long time at the Sunnyside location for not so great drink. Please do better bc I'd like to come back.
Their breakfast plates are hearty and filling.

I spent 20 minutes in the drive through. Then the staff laughed when I voiced my concerns.

The food and drinks are great, but today I sat in the drive through with two cars in front of me for 20 minutes. I asked what the problem was once I got to the window and was told their espresso machine was acting up. I didn’t order anything with espresso so they really should have had the people in front of me pull forward until their drinks were ready so the line didn’t get backed up like it was. Usually this location is quick but today was ridiculous.

Morning of 7/5 I placed an order at the drive thru and after the woman sighed loudly and said, “ugh, why are people here!” That’s how you treat regular customers?

I spent 20 dollars on DoorDash and they don’t even cover their drinks! It’s not sealed in a bag or anything! I’ll stick to Starbucks simply because they have transport safe packaging. I threw it all away

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It tasted like a cheap grocery store bagel, and came with a small container of Philly cream cheese on the side. Cheap food served lackadaisically for too much money.

We like to get coffee here with pals, and sit outside under a large canopy.
The staff here has always been extremely friendly. Breakfast sandwiches are good and so are the drinks. If there is more Jon one car in line of the drive-thru, I suggest you clear your calendar,
I only drink black coffee. Always a nice flavorful cup.
