Nice place for a decent coffee. I had a turkey bagel and regular coffee. The coffee was good. The bagel was fairly good. It was deli turkey on a bagel with cheese warmed. They also have donut holes.

My first time ordering from there and the drink was not how I wanted it. The very nice girl at the window was willing to fix my drink but another co-worker or manager in a very rude tone told her no. Better off going to McDonald's to get a surger free iced coffee. Will never go back again.

Visited the 96th Street location and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the Caramel Marvel and it had a butterscotch, vanilla flavor instead of caramel, which I could have dealt with, however I was just not a fan of the coffee. I have friends who rave about their coffee, but it just wasn't for me.

ETA bc I can’t reply to their response: When I went in, an Hour and a half before close with my two friends that was in December of 2023.Again, we never saw an employee while we were in the building and we were in the building for a while attempting to see if it was actually open or not and figuring out where we were going from there. If there was a door bell in the back at that point, no one responded to it.——Honestly I’ve gone back and forth about posting this review. I used to go here regularly when it opened and the morning and afternoon staff were always absolutely fantastic. Always kind and friendly and I was there enough they knew my order.However, every time I’ve tried to go in the evening, it’s been impossible to get anyone to serve me or anyone I’ve brought with me.The first time I’d run in on a break just needing to grab a drink and head back to work. I had a 15 minute break and a 2 minute or less walk. By the time any employee came anywhere near the front of the store, I just had to say thanks and leave because I no longer had time to wait for the transaction, let alone the time it would take to make a drink. The store wasn’t at all busy at the time, and again no employees bothered coming to the register until I’d stood there for almost the entirety of my break. This was around 5pm on a weekday.The second time was just a couple days into 2024, went in on a Thursday evening with two friends with an *hour and a half* until the store closed. They had already bussed the entire lobby, put almost all the chairs up, and there were no employees at the front of the store. There were two people sitting at tables, which were the only tables that still had available chairs, so we waited longer for someone to come to the front. We would have happily ordered our drinks to go and gotten out of their hair once we saw they were clearly closing easily for some reason. But no one ever came to the front and we eventually just had to leave.Very disappointing experiences from a business I truly enjoyed frequenting. Hopefully they change their hours to reflect customers’ actual ability to order things from them, or find a way to alert their employees when people have come into the coffee shop while it is open.

It would’ve got 5 stars, because the two employees the first time I went,they were wonderful! The second time I went the employee was rude, and did not want to serve me! this was the morning of October 30, 2023. The employee has long black hair.When I said, thank you, the employee said no problem! That is very rude and that is a problem!!!!!!!! The employee should’ve just said you’re welcome! I pay eight dollars a drink and I deserve good customer service! This employee needs to work somewhere else where they don’t deal with customers!!!!!!!Wow, just took a sip and it tasted like the rude employee gave me flat Red Bull!!!!!!!!I paid $8 that is so messed up,I will not be returning!!!!!!!!!!!!This employee is going to cost you a ton of money!I was going to become a regular customer,now I’m not going to be a regular customer because of this employee!!!!!!Please do not leave an owner response or any response. I have a severe condition and it will put me into the hospital! Thank you!

This is my daily stop on my morning commute to work. The customer service in general is always great, but i have to give special recognitionto Danielle. She is always very peppy in the morning, which is a great start to my day. She goes out of her way to do more than simply hand a drink out the window. If time allows, she takes a moment to actually acknowledge you by getting to know you. It's hard to come by customer service that personable these days, truly refreshing.That being said my drinks are always made to order and I've never had a poor experience at this location. (The 96th Street location should take note of Sunnyside). Overall, great experience and customer service.

OMG, this place is soooooo much better than Starbucks. The manager is great. The kids are great. They put up with my indecisiveness like champs. They have such a fabulous selection, I have a hard time deciding sometimes. Their Bragels are AMAZING! I just love the turkey and havarti. It's simple yet delicious.They actually stir the drinks unlike the other guy. They don't overrun the drink with ice either.The best part, they have a pretty good selection of sugar free syrups. They are open to suggestions as well.I have two tiny "complaints", if that's what you want to call it. They won't prepare the drinks in your cup. I believe that is an option they are exploring but as of the time of this writing, they don't. This causes waste because you have to ask for your sweet foam or whipped cream on the side. The other is the lack of flavors for the sweet foam. I'd LOVE to see different flavors. Their foam is delicious, we just need flavors. Chocolate, pumpkin, strawberry, hazlenut and so on. I don't know of that even qualifies as complaints or just changes we would like to see.The bottom line is, the coffee is very flavorful. It's rich and delicious. They offer a wide variety of syrups including sugar free options. They are friendly, patient and quick. You won't go anywhere else once you try Biggby.Oh and while I don't drink the red bull drinks, my son does and he absolutely LOVES them.
