Birrieria Iturbidense

This was an experience that I will never want to have again. I had went to this place with the intentions of getting some good birria tacos and was sadly disappointed. What made this experience worse was the customer service. I had went back to the food truck twice after I received my food. The first one I saw I was seemingly overcharged for the food I ordered (luckily I asked for a receipt). I was charged for Dorado tacos and not birria. So I went back asked then what happened. The person at register the order window let me know that he upcharged me when he asked if I wanted cheese and cilantro. Something that I didn't know did not usually come on a birria tacos. Even then I asked for birria and not Dorado tacos. This should have been explained before charging me instead of just changing the whole thing. The second time was for a missing taco. I did not see it blending in with the other taco making the taco look a little bigger than it should have been. I was wrong in this case but what got me is when the person at the order window asked if I know how to count. Hmm...not the best way to talk to a customer. As a person that has been in food service before and hospitality in general you definitely should treat you customers better if you want to keep them. Please be aware and do better!

Good food great prices and wonderful customer service!

The ramen is so different from a lot of other food that it makes me get it.havent tried much else yet but I will soon.
I fixed the service stars,I don't use the FB app so for some reason I don't see everything about the hours but it's all fixed now

Stayed 2 nights in Indianapolis and ate here both nights because the food is 5 Star. The gentlemen working Thursday and Friday nights were exceptional. My wife and I are from Springfield MO and we will definitely visit them again when we are back in Indy.

Best place in town always come at least once a week food is always hot and fresh definitely recommend coming here you will not regret it my favorite is the birria tacos

They have the best food! Everything is fresh and they are respectful too the public! It's clean and the price isn't bad either! Most definitely would recommend!

Be careful using your card here after using mine my card was charged from uber eats I don’t have an account with Uber eats and didn’t use my card anytime after buying food from here they took every dollar I had on my card so be careful and safe using it with this taco truck!!

Food is ok, is advertised as great but I wouldn't go that far, it gets crowded so takes about 20+ minutes for your food to be ready, ask for extra lime and napkins my order had only 3 slices of lemon and 2 napkins yes a 3 meals and not enough napkins and lemon I would go there to eat only if my usually birria place is close and wanted to eat birria, by the way there are not tables so you eat there on the sidewalk or at your car at to go

WOW~! THE MOST DELICIOUS MEXICAN FOOD ON PLANET EARTH!
I have lived in Phoenix, Tucson, San Antonio and Dallas-and use to go down to Nogo, TJ and Pueta Vallarta and am a Mexican food nut! Birrieria is THE BEST hands down! The best! We drive in to city 40 minutes one way it is so good! Love the tacos, love the Ramen. They have delicious creamy, cinnamon Horchata, not the flavor drink mix. The tacos stay crispy even if you microwave them a day later. We always order extra to heat up over the next two days. The Washington location does not have the cheese balls but their loaded French fries have so much on them, the box almost weighs a pound! Go early-they open at 6 and a crowd starts by 7. I have never been there late, but this would be a perfect after clubbing treat! Tell Angel you want extra of the mind numbingly delicious consume-you will want to put it on everything!

Parking: Washington Location-Gas station lot, you can park along both sides of entrance as well as parking places in front. Level and flat with wheel chair access all the way around the truck.

Kid-friendliness: Nice crowd of friendly customers, Ive been a dozen times (once sometimes twice a week) and everyone is always polite. On a street corner so I would leave little tikes who like to roam in the car or have them on your hip.

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level parking lot-truck is in corner with access all the way around for a wheel chair. They have an open door wheelchair could order at if they could not reach the window-which is mans head height. Do them a favor also-pick your food up from the door, not the order window-it makes the staffs job easier.
