Not sold - famous biscuits and gravy - spicyMy wife makes better biscuits and gravy…Also looks like it sold to someone else, place was empty for breakfast.Heavy Hispanic menu, basic breakfast food with a twist of Mexico? I guess it’s nice they serve breakfast.I’ll go back and try the burrito or something else.Nothing special….. I will update my review when I go back.

The biscuits and gravy were better than most places. I was happy with the food. The service was very slow. They also charged 8 dollars for an iced coffee when the menu said 4.00. When we were paying the cashier said they recently changed their prices. Update your menu or at least let your customers know up front on the change.
I got the steak fajita chimichanga and a half order of the spicy biscuits and gravy. Nothing tasted good to me at all. The presentation was alright but my gravy was tasteless and not hot. The Chimichanga was hot but the steak in it was not of good quality in my opinion and was so little of it. I usually finish everything but in the picture is what I left there. Definitely not for me. My friend ordered a omelette and she said hers was good.
As a Mexican person it’s not to my taste but that’s because I’m Mexican but to others I see why they’d enjoy it. But not good for true authentic food. Sorry but the people were nice food came out fast surprising since the waitress seemed busy and took a while to attend but nice restaurant and friendly staff
First visit about 8AM on a Sunday no crowd, seated right away. Clean, prompt service, hot coffee. Mostly Mexican menu we had huevos rancheros and breakfast quesadilla, both delicious. Will return.
Used to come regularly and always a great experience. First time back in 6 months and it was worst experience. We waited an hour to be seated for 7 people. Once we were seated the waiter rarely came around, we waited another 30 min to order. One person in our group ordered chicken tamales which came 15 min after everyone else’s food and ended up being only cheese. We told the waiter that there wasn’t any chicken in the tamales and he said he would have them remade. He came back 5 min later to say that they had just run out of chicken. So we asked him to refund the meal, which thankfully he did. After being there for over two hours we finally went up to the front to ask for the check. Will not be going back again anytime soon. Unfortunately it used to be one of our favorite spots to go for brunch.

I hate giving 2 stars, but man. The place is cute. Looks to be popular and the food was good. The service? Nah. Could have been a bad day or low on servers, but I never got my coffee despite two different ppl promising to bring it right away after stopping to check on us. Never got another water after being promised that as well. Dude at table next to us made a bit of a scene about waiting half an hour for the check. Lady came to process our check and said she was taking the coffee off cause it never came. I really don't like complaining, but the service was not good and they made no effort to apologize for their error. The food is good. The place is cute. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, idk.
This place was really busy and the service was pretty slow. My meal was fine but I wouldn't order the same thing again. I ordered an iced coffee and it was VERY sweet and then when I got my check it was double the price of what was on the menu, when I asked about it they said they changed the prices. It feels a little dishonest to change the prices and not inform your customers til they pay.

Muy recomendable gran variedad del menú para adulto y niños
The food was great! Drinks require extra shot purchases and the service was amazing
Went there with my family to eat FAVORITE RESTAURANT BY FAR! Met the owner amazing guy GREAT COOK ,They were all so kind service was on point and Food was phenomenal definitely will be back!! My favorite the chilaquiles ?
The food was really good, we got the chicken chilaquiles, fajita quesadilla, and strawberry waffle. The staff was really friendly, they did seem very busy (around noon) we had a 20 minute wait which isn’t unusual from other brunch places we’ve visited. They have authentic Mexican dishes with some Tex mex options as well. They have aguas frescas, that’s always a good indicator, in my opinion, that the place is authentic. Highly recommend!! Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes!
Great first impression. Biscuits is a nice, friendly little cafe in Broad Ripple next to the Monon. We came for the breakfast. I love the wide choice Mexican breakfast dishes to choose from. Chiliquiles started off my day. I had mine with carnitas, mole sauce and eggs sunny side up. Their mole sauce is a knock out. Full of flavor. Dark, rich, smokey... perfect with the carnitas and tortillas. Their sides... beans and rice were good too. The rice was light and fluffy with a delicate flavor. The beans had a nice blend of spices and we're just right...not too dry, not too runny. We will definitely be back. Back for breakfast. And back to try lunch and dinner.
