Fantastic tacos!! Took us a minute to figure out the well thought out pandemic set up, but it was worth every effort. (There are well posted signs directing you where you to go) The limited food and drink menu adapted for the times was also well thought out and delicious. We had seen black market while walking along mass ave, and were immediately intrigued by the name. I found them on Instagram and found their daily menu there and we ordered take out! You can only order through the phone 15 minutes ahead of time, but that also means your get your food in 15 minutes time!! We ordered 2 orders of tacos (so 4 tacos total) and some nachos to go. They also gave us 2 water cups as it was an especially hot day. We ordered 2 of the 4 tacos to be "vampiro" style (smothered in cheese I believe?) as that had been recommended to us by a friend who swears by it, but we were sad to notice when we got home that it must have been forgotten and we just got 4 regular tacos. Nonetheless, they were still incredible!! It was a very filling dinner for 2 and we will definitely be back. Carryout was easy, as was ordering on the phone. They did a great job of keeping distance and being accommodating when we picked up our food. Their menu changes daily (and they seem to have some fun menu items every once in a while) so check their Instagram before you go. Will be back!

Decor, rustic ambiance, bar set up, customer service - all greatNow, for the product they sell:- tacos- extremely rich in flavor, the meat is seasoned so well and it’s mouth watering- nachos- simply the best in town! Filled with the steak meat- the queso is unreal and their verse sauce is absolutely the best! This will be a weekly stop for me!! Amazing!

My friend and I decided to try this place after seeing all the awesome looking food they had posted on their Instagram. We had both had it prior and didn't recall it being more of a taco place so we had to give it another try. No regrets here! The carnita tacos are amazing. 2 tacos for $10 as of 07.22.2020. Unfortunately you cannot mix and match tacos and there is no seating, but they do have to tables to stand at and eat. The watermelon salad was light and refreshing, hits the spot on a hot day. This had watermelon, onion, and cucumber in it. Would recommend this spot for a very casual but yummy spot to eat. My friend has the octopus tostada and it was awesome as well! Keep it up!

Black Market's set up during quarantine is excellent. I love the outdoor pickup, and it's super nice to visit a place that has clearly marked entrances and exits. I grabbed the squash tacos, which included the best part of summer food: squash blossoms. The watermelon salad was also excellent. I had a super refreshing meal (complete with a rummy, delicious daiquiri). If you're strolling down Mass Ave on the Cultural Trail, stop by Black Market for a speedy meal!

Not sure how we hadn’t heard about this place since we’ve lived our whole lives in Indy but all I can say is WOW! The staff was so friendly and excited to be serving us! The menu selection was incredible! We got tacos, a quesadilla, and drinks and everything was incredible! Best tacos in Indy, hands down. We loved it so much we came back for more less than a week later... and, if I’m honest, I’m already counting down the days until we can go again!
The food was absolutely excellent, and the servers and bartenders were knowledgeable, helpful and provided a warm atmosphere. I walked away totally satisfied and I can't wait to go again.

Happy to say I was FIRST IN LINE for the reopening from COVID-19. The lamb birria tacos were great!!! Friendly crew as always and the outside setup was awesome. Your food is cooked outside on the griddle. Get there before they move back inside!!

If you want to find the most creative, high quality drinks in Indy, stop by and visit their head bartender. When you're not so sure what you're in the mood for, she has an incredible talent for what you'll love and makes such unique drinks. She even makes her own shrubs (a lovely concoction of vinegar, sugar and fruit). I honestly hate to tell anyone about this sweet little corner because I never want there to be a wait, but they so deserve the review!
