I ordered a DoorDash and asked for a cup of dipping, and the manager took care of me this time and explained how to do it on the app next time. Great service - would recommend and the food is great!

Blaze Pizza was a great spot 6 years ago, my last review reflects that. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The store is filthy: windows are smeared, the front door handle is sticky, and the tables and floors clearly haven’t been properly cleaned. Even the canned drink cooler is rusted and grimy.
As for the pizza it's just okay now. The green peppers are snapped in half instead of the whole slice, and the cheese never fully covers the pizza unless I ask. You also can’t get extra cheese on top before baking, which affects the overall quality.
The worst part, though, is the staff. They’re unprofessional, often playing around or giving customers attitude, acting as if we’re interrupting their day. When I’m spending my money, I expect to be treated like a customer, not a nuisance.
If a recession hits, this location and Subway would be the first places I’d cut. There’s another Blaze location across town. I suggest you spend your money there instead.

Great food and fast. At lunchtime they seemed too busy to keep up with the eating area and keeping it clean. Otherwise, very good.

Last night I went to the location on Indiana Avenue and was treated VERY poorly by the only Caucasian lady that was in there. Not only did she speak to me very rudely, she purposely scraped my sauce from an empty can while I watch her counterpart open a new can for the customers right behind me. I listened to her talk badly about me to her coworkers and I did express that I would be calling the Corporate office on her today. She displayed very poor customer service and for this reason I will not be returning to this location. Please teach this young lady some ethics or keep her from dealing with customers directly.

Called ahead, waited 20 minutes past the time they said they'd be done. If we knew it would've taken so long, we'd have driven through somewhere. Frustrating when I've been driving for nearly 14 hrs and have 2 more to go. When we finally got our pizza it was basically cold.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. They answered all our questions politely.
We really enjoyed their Herbivore Pizza. The base is completely vegan, freshly baked with a thin crust. It had a good amount of toppings, the sauce wasn’t too sweet, and the yellow banana peppers added a nice kick. Cheesy and delicious!
The Fanta tasted a bit different from the canned version. More Sweet, Less Fizz!
Really good, really fast, reasonable prices, and lots of seating.

Order was wrong. Ordered a large specialty, and a one topping. Charged for the large, though didn’t get. COLD, too. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to White pizza but ended up with two cold cheese pepperoni:(

They got my delivery order wrong and when I complained about it, the manager blamed me instead for placing the wrong order despite me placing the order through their website making the correct selections that I wanted. The customer support staff and the manager who spoke to me had a horrendous attitude.

I am absolutely LIVID with the pizza that was delivered to me for my daughter. It looked absolutely DISGUSTING...it was burnt and it literally looked as if he has sat out ALL DAY! I paid $30 for two pizzas she can't even consume! The pizzas were gluten- free because my daughter has hyperthyroidism, and pray she doesn't get sick from the half slice she consumed. Because by the looks of the pizzas, I am certain they didn't change their gloves. I ordered through Uber Eats and was expecting the Fishers location not this one! I better receive a refund.
