Claim they close at 11pm but the Caucasian girl with the brown long hair want to close early because she dont feel like working the rest of her shift. If you dont like your job, find something else to do. I didnt come for a attitude and a denial. Nobody told you that you had to work at blaze. Everybody else there seem coo tho, she just seem to be the one that need to be checked or find a job shes happy at.

I visited Blaze Pizza today for lunch, there was a lady with a ponytail and a Caucasian gentlemen who appeared to be in his 20-30’s, servicing customers. I assumed there were only two front line workers, because that is all I saw. However, after my pizza was made a third front line worker appeared and helped the remaining customers after me. I thought I waited a little extra time, but I didn’t think anything of it. However, when the same thing happen to another women of color after me. I noticed a pattern. “Weaponized incompetence” was utilized during my visit and I’m sadden, Tony thought of other medial tasks, instead of helping paying customers who are waiting. I was always taught, the customer in front of you is the main priority. Tony definitely needs to be taught some prioritization techniques, in addition to, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Or preferably a job behind the scenes where he doesn’t have to interact with customers.

Asked an employee why he was so light with the toppings, he replied that he was just following orders. I was ok with that, but he mumbled under his breath that I didn’t have to come back. I asked him for his name, and he replied that he didn’t have to give me his name. Horrible customer service!

I made an online order for pickup and the food was not acceptable. The cheese bread was doughy and not hardly cooked at all, to the point that it was almost raw dough. All three of the pizzas were doughy and not cooked through, and they didn't even cut 2 of the 3 pizzas. I had to cut them myself when we got home. Also, they did not put the hot honey that I ordered on one of the pizzas. After this experience, I don't think that I will be back.

Absolutely terrible staff. If this was my franchise all male staff on 11/22/2025 at 8pm would be fired. The only staff member working hard, with a great attitude and work ethic, was an older woman working the oven. Absolutely everyone else at this site, on this shift needs fired. They prioritized doordash orders over inhouse guests by a ratio of 10:1. We literally stood in line for 45 min for two pizzas. Absolutely embarrassing!!!
I got the build your own pizza. Basically like a Subway Sandwich shop going down the line telling them what you want on it. Your eating it about 5 mins after you pay for it . Absolutely Delicious 😋

Stopped in Blaze for the very first time. Needles, to say i will not be returning. The experience and atmosphere was horrible. The employee at the front counter was so rude and nasty. She is the face of the establishment and the face every customer sees when entering the store. I will let everyone know about the experience and to avoid this restaurant at all lost. Do yourself a favor and go to Donatos or Papa John’s if in the area.

Came from greenwood to try the pizza for the first time today!! The lady huffed and puffed and acted like we were just a bother to her even existing. Not one person was in the dining room so she was not busy! It was so bad we canceled our order and left! Do not come hear you like being treated with respect. This establishment clearly lets it go on!! Negative 5 stars! I will let everyone else know!
