The cookie I purchased. A 16 inch specialty cookie. It taste pretty decent. I wasn’t pleased with the person who made the cookie. They didn’t pay attention to the order. . I was disappointed because I didn’t understand how you missed the colors I requested. It was prepaid and on the handwritten receipt.So I think in the future some customers will set you straight and won’t give you any grace.Please pay attention to detail. That’s what makes the cookie special.& Remember it’s a craft.

No ingredient labels on prepackaged cookies or other food and employees unaware of ingredients for cookies in display case, which is surprising if the FDA allows this and dangerous for anyone with food allergies, and outrageous prices- expect to pay approximately $10 for a pretty, but mediocre tasting

Crispy, not soft or hard. Their cookies are definitely better than most but at that price I want them better than my wife's (good luck!). My main issue is that the cookies we selected were placed in a plastic bag... no paper anything around them, just plastic. Most of the places that compare put something around them so your cookies don't come directly in contact with dirty or unsafe plastics. Service was good, selection great, but presentation was weak. I'd go back but would eat while I walk, not keep them in a bag. A few cents worth of paper would have netted 4-5 stars for sure.
I ordered a cookie cake for a bday at the Greenwood Mall and it was cheaply made, looked nothing like I asked for and a huge waste of money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied and extremely unhappy with my experience.

Just ordered a 16" cookie cake for a birthday. It is so incredibly hard, that it's inedible. On the bottom it says the date it was made. It's 1/18. They sold something that is 2 months old.
Gave us food poisoning and now refuses a refund.
