Incredible selection and service
The industrial decor fits well with the Bottleworks theme, and I personally like the coffee much more than Starbucks. I'm here every morning to grab an iced coffee (and sometimes a cinnamon roll). The staff is always professional and greet people with a smile. (Which is pretty common for the Geronimo staff.) I recommend it to all my friends and it's always a nice area to work out of, when I need to get out of the office. The entire Bottleworks district is a joy to be in, with plenty of sites to visit. Blue Collar Coffee is icing on the mocha!
Usually if a breakfast sandwiches $8 plus it'll at least be loaded down. This one was small. One egg. No cheese. One piece of bacon cut up and not even cooked all the way. 0.7x the size and 1.2 x the quality of McDonald's for 4X the price.
It was my first time at Blue Collar Coffee, and I had no idea what to order. The cashier was incredibly helpful—after I told him what I liked, he came up with the most fantastic combination! It was so good that I had to take a photo just to remember what to order next time. Thank you for the great service! I'll be back!
Great coffee bar! Prompt service and not your usual!
This place is such a vibe. Lovely staff-and my favorite part is that you can buy a coffee for someone else and leave it in the vintage mail slot holder for someone else to enjoy-a true opportunity to pay it forward. I love adding their lavender syrup to a traditional latte. The building behind it is beautiful as well.
I got a cup of decaf latte with a dark and rich flavor :)
The workers were rude and impatient when we were ordering as first time customers. The coffee was over priced with spending $13 for two small coffees. And worst of all the coffees tasted like what we could order at Starbucks or another local coffee shop for half the price.
Cute spot! I ordered a cookie butter white mocha and it wasn’t bad by any means but something was off about it and it wasn’t super hot. I would come back though and the connected hotel looks awesome

The space is fantastic. The coffee shop is located in the old Bottleworks Factory, which makes for a very unique venue. Lots of spaces for working! Really delicious coffee and great/helpful baristas. I enjoyed a mocha and a regular latte.
There is a little section, which I captured in my photo, where you can pre-purchase a drink for someone and leave a ticket (e.g., latte for a hard working nurse, Americano for a tired mom).
The small bakery selection was okay. We ordered a gluten sensitive blueberry muffin and an apple cinnamon scone. I would likely not reorder either of them. The blueberry muffin had an interesting texture.
Check them out for coffee!!

Love this shop! The baristas are always friendly and confident in interactions, with knowledge of their product and how to best serve their customers. Blue Collar has all of the quality, without the pretentious, stuffy feeling some other good coffee places have. They also have great seating for spreading out while knocking out a work project or homework. Blue Collar has become our regular coffee spot.
