The coffee here is good, but not outstanding. I think tje price is good for what you get, and the food was standard. The staff was great and really set Blue Collar apart! On a Sunday morning there was at least 3 people working, all with smiles on their faces! They all jumped in when we ordered and smoothly delieved our coffee, pastry, and breakfast sandwich. I feel like so many service workers are overworked and stressed, and I didn't get that vibe here, which really elevated...
The atmosphere is very nice. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. I had a cold brew coffee and it was a great choice to recharge for the day. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area.
Standard matcha with strawberry syrup was okay! +. 75 for a pump of syrup. Space def feels a little commercial but it’s nice and quiet to work in. Baristas weren’t as friendly, didn’t respond to thank yous, or make eye contact, which is whatever I guess. Wont be your friendly neighborhood shop
