Absolutely wonderful dining experience and service with Jessica S! How crazy to learn this was their last open evening for business and restaurant would be closing due to lease issues. We love the dining and especially the location - Bluepoint will be missed by MANY local patrons....

There were a lot of seafood & shellfish options. Only a burger or chicken sandwich otherwise. Very small dining area inside, busy street parking only. Didn't realize this was primarily an oyster bar. Service was WONDERFUL! Food was average. We had the $14 mini crab cake appetizer, and it was more other filling than carb meat. Lobster ravioli had tiny pieces of lobster meat, and the sauce was bland. Service was WONDERFUL! They honored military discount.

This is our favorite seafood place In Indianapolis. Great menu just arrived. We enjoyed the many choices of fresh oysters and the fisherman's Stew. What a great meal. Very generous with the seafood in the stew.

Overall our meal was good. The only blip was the cod. It was a bit bland. But the mussels, oysters, and pesto pasta were great! The service was excellent. A very nice restaurant, although a bit hard to spot from the street.

I ordered the wagyu steak and fries medium rare and received a cold steak. Once at our table i didn't get a skeet knife and resorted to using my pocket knife to cut/ eat it. For almost $40 I was not happy. I will say the house French fries are very tasty and crisp. My wife was pleased with what she ordered. The service was good for the time of day we went. My wife and I will be returning to experience it again sitting at the bar. The oysters did not disappoint!!! Over all for environment, service, what we expected I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

Amazing food! The oysters were top notch! They told me Tuesdays that have oyster specials! I also had the scallops and pistachio cheescake. Everything was perfect and just the right portion! Can't wait to check out Tuesdays! I think Wednesday was half price wine also I think.

Well priced tasty food. Service was great. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating to our request. Server was awesome with her recommendations. Bartender was great as kicked drinks which were off menu. Overall splendid experience.

First of all, outstanding staff and an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable waiter! The oyster parm was really good and perfect flavor! I enjoyed the seafood ravioli and my love had the seafood risotto and it was amazing, she loved it! Will return

A truly standout service experience, kudos to the entire staff who made our meal completely seamless. Food is also excellent with good variety across a relatively small menu. A little loud but a small price to pay for the overall package. Will be back for sure.

Amazing ambiance. Fantastic food. Very affordable. Loved it. Will definitely visit again. It was so hard to pull the trigger on a single item when ordered. It's worthy of multiple visits just to try everything on the menu

We came for our Valentine's Day dinner. Our server was helpful and attentive. The crab cakes and seafood ravioli were delicious. The food tasted fresh. I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu!

I had high expectations but left somewhat disappointed. To begin with we didn't realize there is no parking lot only street parking, and with a busy Orange Theory right next door we had to park several blocks away. We had made a reservation at the bar because that was the only option left but the tables were only half full the entire time we were there. They must have had a lot of cancellations or their staff is limited and they are not fully booking. The inside is nice, small and dimly lit. The bar is well stocked and they have a short but decent wine offering leaning toward Italian varieties. We ordered some wine and a cocktail and both were good. The bartender/server was friendly and accommodating. I ordered a half dozen oysters as an appetizer because it is an oyster bar and we love them. Four of the six were good. I know many varieties of oysters run small but one was so small it almost had nothing in it. Another clearly smelled off and I chose not to eat it. Neither should have been served. You can't often tell that an oyster is bad from looking at it but you mostly can from smelling it and the person who prepares them should always do the smell test before serving them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the oysters here. The entree selection is small. Mostly seafood and pasta dishes. My wife ordered the cod and she liked it but it didn't appear to me to be an elevated dish and the vegetables along with it were undercooked. I ordered the sea bass and it was fine but not exceptional. We also ordered a tiramisu which clearly had been frozen as it was not thawed completely through. Overall the experience and food were unremarkable except for the oysters which were disappointing. We really had hoped we would like this place better because we love seafood and had planned on going for some time but we will likely not revisit with better choices around town. Sorry.

Oysters (Sweet Baby Jesus) had 3 choices and I had the ones in parentheses .... they were delicious!!! Service was good and food was outstanding! Although I live here and eat out a lot this was my first time eating here but will definitely be back! Only downside was parking lot was full and had to find street parking.
