Lunch on a Weekday. We just did beat the crowd inside. Got our order in as the place was filling up. So we got ours fairly quickly. Food was good. Service was great. We will return.

I'm sending this for my sister. We just went there to pick up gravy and everyone was so over top friendly and attentive. I ended up buying much more. Julie Tulie took my order and showied genuine concern about me going home in this crazy weather. She wanted me to call let them know when I made it home. When I told them that I had to take my sister home first they're like that's okay we'll be here until 9:00 please give us a call when you make itt home. The takeout service was amazing, the food was amazing and the service was the best. I would definitely give this Bob Evan's five stars and when I have time my sister and I venture back to eat in with Julie Tulie. Bob Evans your staff has shown me that there still are generally good people left out here.

This place needs to be shut down or all new managers and employees. I ordered several Thanksgiving holiday meals beginning of November which was plenty of time for Bob Evans to have them ready for me. Well that was the case and they didn't have a lot of them ready and the employees and managers argued with me and cursed at me saying they didn't care and to never come back to their restaurant. So don't go to Bob Evans on highschool Rd it's the worst location ever. Plus they didn't refund my money for all the holiday family meals which was $109.99 each. They suck at this location.

My son was nice enough to order us breakfast. When we all got our breakfast we noticed right away how small the portion was. My eggs were supposed to be over medium and they were hardly cooked. They were clear and runny. I hardly got any potatoes and the potatoes tasted gross. They tasted like mold.... Then when I uncovered my gravy, the cup was half full. I only had a couple of bites of it. Never again will we order this nasty food. I took pictures of my food but it won't let me upload them. Everyone in my family was upset with what we got.

Ordered food for first time there yesterday morning and the meat I ordered with my omlet was super hard, it was definitely uncooked and the potatoes that went with it, the portion was so little served. Will definitely not go ever again.
The food was fine, the service not so much. I understand that it was busy for the holiday, but the way the staff handled the customers was less than ideal. I watched a manager be what I call nasty nice to several customers. Someone who had been waiting almost an hour for an online order that had been placed an hour before that was frustrated, rightfully so, and was told in a condescending manner...sorry for your wait and have a nice day. Then she walked away. The words are fine but the tone let you know the real message. I also witnessed a staff member speak with another team member in a very rude manner. This woman was probably 20 years younger and told her coworker to move and find something to do. I had my own encounter with a manager and a team member but the treatment I witnessed was worse.I hate that this is the closest location to me, I'll likely never return.
