Got Thanksgiving dinner for 2, to-go. There was no plastic ware, no napkins, no salt and pepper no butter. It was nice having served in a separate container however it was very dry.

It started out with about a 45 minute wait for our food with barely anyone in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, my 5 year old daughter pointed out to me that there was a hair on her scrambled eggs. It looked like an animal hair of some sort. We showed it to the manager who apologized profusely. He said he was not going to charge us for the meals and wanted to give us gift cards. We told him that we did not mind paying for the food that we did eat and did not want to take gift cards because we are not from the area. He said he would at least feel better by not charging us. He quickly had my daughter’s food remade. When the new plate of food came to the table, the same type of animal hair was on her pancake. At this point, we didn’t say anything else and we all stopped eating. As we walked towards the register, our waitress apologized and said for us to have a good weekend. No one ever brought us a bill or met us as the register. The staff were incredibly polite; however, the cleanliness of the kitchen definitely needs to be looked into further.
Very great service and a delicious Thanksgiving meal

They had no beef veg soup nor banana bread, biscuits were hard. Wouldn’t substitute any other bread. Restaurant and bathroom were messy. Not sure if I will return.

Idk about the other reviews and experiences, but I know Justin is the man. There was a problem, he handled it perfectly. We just needed some banana bread and he came through and the most perfect way with 0 complaints. Although I had to drive back to Bob Evans from the hospital, he made it well worth my time and with haste! Might I add he was extremely apologetic and quick! Wish more people like Justin were in management. You can tell he's an excellent leader and example for his staff.

Service was terrible. It took over 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus. Then another 10 or more minutes to take our order. Probably 20 minutes to actually get our food. The food we ordered. A few minutes before they brought us food that was not our order. We complained and the manager apologized and said they were having trouble in the kitchen, and didn't charge us for our meals. We appreciated that

Server and Trainee were kind, dishes were not the cleanest. I ordered cheese on my eggs but no cheese. The eggs were dry or well done. Manager brought food out and never said hello.

I usually give this place 5 stars, however today 11/9 1:30 pm. I ordered online for a pick up of my usual...Turkey and dressing dinner with 2 sides and rolls. It told me 20 minutes. I get there and they hadn't even started the food...which was a problem because I'm a truck.driver and I order ahead of time so that I can get in and out quickly. This wasn't the case. Not only was the meal not ready but when I do get it....I had more dressing and mash potatoes than I did turkey.. The turkey was shaved like it was meant for a sandwich or something and it was about 2 bites worth. Hardly any corn, maybe a half spoonful or less., little to NO gravy on anything. I'm mad because I usually check it before I leave but being they took longer than expected and I was late for a delivery because of that. I had to grab and go. I have no choice but to eat this, being that I'm nearly in Chicago now, but at nearly $17 for a meal...I deserved better, busy or not.

The waitress tried to tell me they were out of bacon bits. I was able to persuade her to make bits form a stick. She wasn't very young and ignorant either.

Very clean and great service. The 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the sausage links being a little undercooked.
