Jinya was our server and she was exceptional. As for our meal, we will always come here for a great Italian meal.
This was my first time dining here but it won't be my last. The chopped salad was so delicious & fresh. My carbonara was so good I ate every bit of it & the cocktails were perfect. It's a lovely neighborhood spot that takes reservations.
A friend and I wanted to try Bocca. We'd heard good things about it. We each had a glass of wine. Prices of wine everywhere are astronomical. It was good but not 16$ for a small pour. We each also had pasta. Excellent. Just the perfect amount. We had to ask for pane and oil. Our server was very touchy. No smiles all business and seemed to keep her distance. The patio setting is lovely. Very comfortable and I loved it. Tutti Italiani. Just wish she had more of the Italian hospitality mindset. Host and bartender were excellent. Thanks to them for making out dining a pleasure.
Amazing Italian food and wonderful service every time. The winter menu is phenomenal! Such an intimate & cozy spot for a beautiful dinner out in Indy.
We had the sweetest waitress (Elise, I believe). She was kind, made recommendations, and if she didn't know the answer to a question she would ask the chef. We were running behind and she still made us comfortable. Food was great. Service even better!
Food and service were very good. Service was a little slow as the bartender needed help. He was very nice though. We would definitely go back.
Great little spot, awesome vibe. Our server was pleasant and helpful with the menu. Flat bread and pastas were delicious.
Was excited to try this place, heard the patio was nice. Had a reservation at 5 when they opened and went to to get our table , asked if we could sit outside and she doesn't greet us for one and the pauses forever and tells the server to give us a table number whatever. Rude. The whole patio was open! We go outside and after 15 min my son had to go back inside to get a server because we didn't even have water yet, in the meantime another server was helping other tables but didn't look our way. We had apps calamari came out fast and chewy and the flatbread was cold. Our entrees were pasta which was nothing special, I make better pasta at home with either a jarred Raos or Carbone sauce. Server never cleared our glasses or plates without asking. This is my first review I've ever left on open table but it was so bad I thought I owed it to people that are thinking of going there.
This was the perfect spot for a girls dinner, but we all agreed we would be back with the men for date night. The food was phenomenal and drinks were good as well.
We had a great dinner celebrating a birthday. The salmon was delicious. Our server was engaging and kind. Great desserts too!

Overall not bad. The food was good, service was good but a bit slow, (we were there for over 2 hours). The biggest issue was the noise level, as we couldn't even hear each other at the table, and our waitress made a mistake in our order (which was fixed promptly) I believe due to the noise. They were kind and gave my wife a desert for her birthday. I would go back but not on a weekend night in the hopes that it would be a bit quieter.
From the beginning it was a wonderful experience. The service was very good and the food delicious and wine very good. We told the waiter it was my birthday and they gave me a free dessert of my choice so nice. Definitely recommend them
One of the best Italian meals in years! Outstanding food, service, and value. I will dine at Bocca every time I come to Indy.
I was served a spoiled oyster. The pasta (something with "casa" in the name) was not better than getting a nice jar of Raos.
Edith was amazing! Great service and attentive. Mussels were fair but we don't eat them often so they were pretty good in that respect. Seafood pasta was fabulous, carbonara was fair but the jowl bacon was good in it. Butter cake was so good especially that compote. NA rose was great which is rare at a restaurant; my husband said the Pinot noir was super tasty. Sat outside and it was a beautiful environment and night. Thanks!
