The meatloaf was horrible! It was dry and parts of it was burnt. They didn’t provide any gravy and the meat looked compacted as though it were something other than ground beef. I also received a half done soggy chocolate chip cookie. They have no pride in what they’re serving. $14.48 for food I couldn’t eat.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Never open when they should be! Went to the drive thru this evening about 5pm and the person stated “I only have enough food left for my pickup order” THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ! They are terrible and LAZY!

I love Boston Market and glad it’s close by. The food quality is deteriorating. The chicken was burnt and the cornbread looks flat like a brick. No longer looks like a mini loaf and looks undercooked. Beware!

Our son ordered dinner to be delivered to my wife and me, and we were very happy with both meals. She had rotisserie chicken, I had meatloaf. Mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. All was delicious and delivered promptly. We will definitely order from here again.

Just horrible..I went today and the chicken you can tell is from days before, the Mac was stale and so was the corn and the mash. Sometimes the service was really bad but this was the last straw, will not be going there ever again.

Completely disgusting location. For a place where only drive through is open, the inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I am surprised they were able to pass their health inspection. The staff was not helpful or courteous on a delivery order I never received. I am glad I never received my food, I am sure I would have gotten for poisoning from it.

No signs on the door to say you have to go through drive-through and then had problems through the driver as well... My macaroni and cheese was way over done and the chicken pot pie was under done and very dry.

I am not picky on foods at all and it’s safe to say that I didn’t have a very good experience with Boston Market this time. We ordered from DoorDash and they got us the wrong order with half of the order wrong. So my husband didn’t eat at all tonight.. as for me, I ordered their chicken noodle soup but it’s sour and tasted very bad and my husband told me not to eat that since I am pregnant and we are afraid this is not supposed to taste like that. As for their steamed veggies, I got a lot of small carrots which don’t look fresh… I didn’t have appetite neither. So we bought foods but we didn’t eat them at all..

After waiting in line drive thru 20 minutes or so I received the 2 dinners I ordered, but one was entirely wrong and the other wasn't hot. I understand having to wait due to employee shortage, but my order was repeated back to me correctly...no excuse for receiving an incorrect dinner

I would never order from here ever again the sent me a whole chicken when I had order rib and chicken and would not answer the phone and a regular salad even though I ordered a chicken ceaser salad just awful

Completely wrong order it wasn't even close! I had to drive 45 min roundtrip to fix the situation. Do not order from here, having charge cancelled with my federal credit union because the screw up was that bad!

The restaurant was closed, due to equipment failure. Anytime we visit Indianapolis, that is the place of choice for a good meal.
