Took 7 minutes to get my food ordered, rung up and sat down. Out of Vegas at steam table so they brought some, but not quite done. No ice in ice machine. After sitting down had to go back and request silverware and napkins. Wasn't given at register or noticed by staff. Went to get a piece of advertised warm cobbler.. not available. Otherwise clean and chicken was good
Tables werent cleaned off when we came in and ordered our food and sat down and there was only another older lady and gentleman dining. It was pretty dirty and not very kept at least clean for patrons wanting to eat their dinner. Pretty nasty actually, shouldve just went through the drive thru. The lady asked if we were dining in or need to go and we said dining in and still put our food in smaller plates..Sides were good of course, but the chicken was not even warm it was kinda...
I have been going to this location for over 14 years I love this place. Food is always fresh and accurate. Sometimes on Thanksgiving we get food from there in advance. Keep up the good work guys 😀😀
