Opened 30min after posted time. Didn't have what I wanted. Meat dry, tasted old & reheated. Gravy spread all over chicken & sweet potato casserole. Might was well close like 1 on Southside, which never served inferior food like this.

We have tried to eat at this Boston Market location several times in the last few years, but they seem to always close early. Today at 5pm there was a sign on the door saying the dining room was closed. Tried the drive thru and saw another sign saying they were unable to take credit cards. As it turns out the drive thru was closed too. This seems to be the case every time we go. Maybe just stop pretending you're open for dinner.

We ordered doordash at this location. I ordered the family meal and two chicken pot pies. The family meal came with one and a half rotisserie chickens, three sides, four pieces of corn bread, a soup or salad, (we got the salad) a 2 liter of soda, and a dessert. We never got the 2 liter of soda, the salad, or the dessert from the family meal, nor did we get the two pot pies. We called the location multiple times to see if it was the fault of the store, or if the dasher stole the items. The dasher texted us only to let us know the cashier was not giving out 2 liters of soda. There was no mention of the missing items. I do not think dashers check the order, so we will never know who's fault it is. If the store would have just answered the phone, we could have solved this problem. Needless to say, we were very angry. When you order food, you typically get all of your items or miss one. Not five!

Ordered Doordash from here. Only wanted the side sampler with mac&cheese, creamed spinach, and sweet potatoes. Came with no creamed spinach but instead steamed broccoli (was not notified or given a choice for a different substitute). As a fan of their mac&cheese for many many years I have to say I was appalled that the recipe is different, not the same noodles, and I would never eat it again. Super disappointed.

Tried to place an order through the drive-thru today and sat for a few minutes at the box before driving up to the window. Got to the window and was advised that they are not cooking food and that they are closing the store down. This was at 5:30 p.m. I don't believe the employees really want to work. The employee did have one of their children in the lobby playing games on a computer. Seems like child care during work hours is more important than performing their duties.
This place has gone downhill. No good sides to go with meatloaf unless you wanted sweet potatoes that looked old. Got the pot pie. Hardly any veggies in it. The crust was good though. I will not be back. Very disappointing and expensive for the quality.

Something is going on with this location. I ordered a 1/4 white meal in the "Nashville hot" and a medium drink. It was over $16. They gave me a very small chicken breast without the sauce which I had paid extra for. The mashed potatoes weren't as good as they used to be. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes and the gravy was flavorless. The last time I was here a few months back, they rang me up for a 1/2 white meal when I ordered 1/4 white and it took forever for them to figure it out and give me a refund. So, this time around I'm just cutting my losses on paying extra for the "signature sauce", and just won't be back. It's WAY too expensive for the food quality and ordering issues. I don't see this place staying open. The parking lot is full of potholes and maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think they do very much business here.

When I first went, the restaurant itself was closed, only the drive thru open but the mgr saw me outside with my phone trying to place an order and she came out and let me in and locked it behind us apologizing for the action because the area wasn't safe and she was there with only one other young lady so I understood. She also cautioned me against walking around there after dark. I had walked to them because it was only 10 mins away from the hotel.
