I love how close this place is to the Monon! It's the perfect spot to stop for coffee and breakfast. My vanilla latte was delicious and not too bitter. The breakfast sandwich and scrambled eggs bowl were excellent, although a bit pricey.

Parking: Limited number of free parking spaces in their lot.
The staff were very nice as the place was quite busy with people fresh off the monon trail. The breakfast sandwich is huge with easily a 2-3 egg omelet in the middle. It was reasonably tasty, the maple flavor was the strongest flavor in the sandwich. I bought an iced drink, it was a little on the watery side for me but it had a good flavor
Food is reminiscent of what you would get at an airport. Also is it a donut place or a sandwich shop?? When you compare it to other places in town like Leviathan or Amelia’s it’s a wonder that they feel good about what they are producing. The broad ripple crowd needs to step up their paletes. Why can’t we have a good coffee / pastry/ sandwich shop like other areas of Indy.
