I've had nothing but amazing experiences here since I started coming here back in the early Summer. The seasonal drinks are always fun and exciting and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I have some random food allergies and they are always happy to walk through ingredient labels with me to make sure things are safe. They're also willing to adjust the sweetness of your latte, my mom likes her drinks on the bitter side and they've always been able to accommodate....
This was our first visit to BreadWorks, and we do not plan to return. I recently signed up for TooGoodToGo, and my first purchase through the app was for a Surprise Bag of 'Bread & Pastries'. I understand that this is for leftovers from the previous day, but based on their Instagram feed, thought there may be some bread, bagels, or pastries. I was wrong. It was a large box of a variety of donuts. The donuts were similar in quality to what you would find at Kroger.

Really cute shop, the openness and airy design was pleasing. The service was terrible the older lady looked absolutely miserable throughout our whole interaction. They weren’t busy at all so I’m not sure what the issue was.
The yeast donut was too dense, the sugar cookie was good and the sweet tea was good.
I’m not sure that I would return.
