BRU Burger Bar Indianapolis

I made a reservation and was seated right away. But then we waited 10 minutes with no server coming to our table. I went to the hostess stand and told them that we had not seen our server. One of the hostesses went to check, but we waited another 5 minutes with no one approaching our table. Finally, one of the hostesses came over and took our order and brought us drinks. She was great, but it was so frustrating not having a server for over 15 minutes. Food is good, we just had a really bad experience.

Outstanding service provided on National Onion Ring day. They are the place for great onion rings.

I was really looking forward to the onion rings, but they were not good. They took them off the bill which was nice.

We had a large group that was very chatty and our sever was very patient with us and did an excellent job. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun.

Our server was absolutely amazing! Kept apologizing for the wait and it truly was such fast service that there was no reason to be apologizing! The food was fresh and we will absolutely be coming back!

Walked into Bru Burger feelin' cute, left feelin' like a well-loved paper towel. First bite of that cheeseburger? Immediate out-of-body experience. Bun was soft, patty was juicy, cheese melted like it had intentions. I was spiritually baptized in beef. Chicken tenders? Crispy relics from the Fried Chicken Church of Flavor. Dipped 'em in sauce like I was signing the Declaration of Deliciousness. Beer was cold, pint was full, and I was thriving—grease glistening on my face like war paint. 10/10. Would die for that burger. Might have already.

Wonderful menu, superb service, dog friendly which we always appreciate, so we went by for a beer before our event that evening. Great spot. We will return.

Heading to a show mid week, service was quick and timely. Burger selection had a good variety. May like to see other appetizer or side options

We enjoyed our meal. The food came out quickly and everything was tasty. I always enjoy my Sciracha Caesar salad with blackened salmon. Our server was friendly and attentive. All in all a very good casual dining experience!

Bru Burger is always consistent and fast. However I miss their infamous “melt your face” burger.

Just feedback; my (42/m) son's (21/m) girlfriend (19/f) said the grilled onions on her Bru Burger tasted like "wet socks". However, oddly she enjoyed the burger. I had the same burger and my grilled onions tasted perfectly fine, as they should. I'm honestly not sure what your takeaway can be with that feedback. However, I thought I'd relay the perception of two diners with the same dish, even if one may be possibly misguided due to lack of dining experience or the other's lack of tasting wet socks. I did not try the onions she was served for comparison.

Food was fabulous - timing was great. The burgers were greasy but fabulous! Fries were great and the salads enormous. Only slight moment for pause was that the Devour menu was not mentioned nor offered without prompting from us to the server. We had to show her the menu from online and ask if it was available. It was and three of four enjoyed the special menu and pricing.

Overall experience with bru burger is you will enjoy the half price appetizers and and saying. And honestly it's a step faster and efficient in areas around . Wether someone doing dine in or carry out. And make a drink. I'll it be concerning in giving 45 minutes waiting pizza joint when it's a proper pie commercial oven within 12 making each assembly or doing. Proper hot . Standard. When think delivery mess. Message incoming behavior or inaccurate data. Please understand dining and concierge and convenience.
