BRU Burger Bar - Keystone

Will not be back. Waitress was very nice, but extremely slow service from kitchen. Chicken fingers were dry and overcooked.

Reservations made through Open Table & received not only the confirmation but the 'reminder' to let the restaurant know we would be there, which I did. Arrived 5 minutes early but they couldn't find my reservation & thought perhaps I had made it at another of their locations, which I had not. At 11:30AM on a Tuesday, they weren't busy so we were seated right away. The reason I use Open Table is for the points so it concerned me that they couldn't find my reservation. When I got home, I checked my account & it showed that I had completed my reservation so am not sure what is happening at this location. Our visit was fine. Food is great, servier felt a little rushed & would leave before we were ready for him to go so we had to flag him down. They don't seem to have 'cracked pepper' at this location, only a pepper shaker - seems strange. We had to ask for water & tea refills. The Gorgonzola salad is amazing but it seems sad to me that if you add salmon to the salad, it costs as much as the salad, so instead of the plain salad being $10, it is now $20. That seems a bit excessive.

Bru Burger was wonderful. A great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful . The food is amazing!

The hamburger was excellent - I loved the sweet tomato jelly and the fries were simply awesome. The service was great and they got us everything that we ordered in a timely manner! The atmosphere was a true dining delight experience. This was my first time at Bru Burgers - my friend Angie recommended it and I will recommend it to all of my friends.

Our server was excellent and so was the food. My husband said the chicken fingers are fabulous.

The service my or I server and the manager was outstanding! There was a slight delay with our entrees (but nothing that we considered out of the norm for a busy Saturday night). The manager brought out extra fries and thanked us for our patience. Incredible service, and the food was great!

This is the best burger place I've eaten at. Food was amazing and the sauces were pretty good as well. Would highly recommend going here if you have a taste for burgers.

Came in there for lunch and was not in a burger mood but chose one anyways. So glad I did as it was really good. Ordered the fries as an appetizer and loved the pepper added to them along with the texture of the fry. It came with 3 dipping sauces and they were all delicious. Highly recommend.

The manager and employees at Keystone are always friendly and accommodating. Whenever I make a reservation with a special request, they ensure it is fulfilled. I truly appreciate their service.

Jose was great - good service. I had a special request and he got it exactly right. Always a great time.

It wasn't very busy so it was quite in there and I loved that. My server was excellent and attentive. Had an issues with my food and it was corrected quickly without having attitudes. My drinks were just the right amount of strong haha. I will be back!

This place is trying real hard to be the bridge between Ruth Chris and Red Robin. It's what one of those hipster real estate reality stars thinks a burger joint should be ... which is not a bad thing. It just misses the mark our server reminded us existed with every opportunity. (We really shouldn't have to be told and reassured how great everything will be and is with every contact with our server. Too much positive manipulation, folks!) In the end, the burgers were good. The fries were fries. But I've had just as good in a hotel recently, which is what this place reminded me of.

This was my husband's first time eating here. He said the same thing I did, "Darn good burger!" If you loke burgers, you will never go wrong here. Fresh juicy meat without being greasy!
Staff are always pleasant and friendly without hovering and the place is always clean!

Vegetarian options: It's a hamburger joint! But they do have a couple options for those who choose not to eat meat.
