We had a great experience. Had a reservation for 1:30, got right in. Excellent service, and food was fantastic. I loved the chili cheese fries! Will be back!

Why did you get rid of the Thai Turkey Burger? That was the only reason I went to Bru Burger. It's so delicious! Please bring it back.

Burger was ok. Had the fajita burger. Didn’t feel there was a “wow” factor that stood out here. I’d go again but probably order something else.

Used to love Bru in general & this location always seems to be well run with friendly staff, but the new burger menu is terrible. They removed any burgers with mushrooms. They have several that seem like Tex Mex burgers…not sure you need more than one of these options. So sad that the provecal burger is off the menu. Probably not returning with this new menu. Sad.

Well run establishment

First time visit for a party of five. Reservations honored We ordered appetizers and drinks, all good. Side with the hamburgers have an extra charge, which does bring up the per person to between 20-30 dollars, total bill with tip was $200.00. We did have two deserts, and server was strained taking care of a large party but managed thru it all.

Food was decent. We had snack burgers and the buns felt like they may have been going stale. Would've been better had they been toasted maybe.

We were sat next to a party table who was playing Christmas games. Wish we were invited to play too! 😀

Had tale out. Food was good, they missed items and then called us to apologize for their mistakes. We did not have to call them to address the issues. Excellent response to customer care.

Requested my salmon to have no pepper.
It was covered in pepper and I had to scrape it off. Never got a refill on my water.

We were craving a burger & fries so what better choice than bru. We were lucky & missed the dinner rush & enjoyed some burger options we hadn't seen before. My only regret is we didn't save room for dessert.

Its was pretty inside , kinda boring . Prices were ok but ended up over charged. Food was good.
Spoke to Craig the manager, he was extremely nice and apologized for the error. He resolved all my concerns. See them again soon for a great burger and fries..
