Great service! We were seated right away. Our server greeted us within minutes. Meals came out quickly. Our waiter was friendly and checked in with us several times during dinner. Best Bru burger location if you want great service!

We visited for a school project comparing hamburgers and he rated the hamburger high. Our meals were fine but the fries were too “bottom of the barrel”... too many small remnants. The fries should be more like Wingstop's. Our service was mediocre. Remember, eating earlier than 5:00 pm is not a reason for poor & slow service.

This location is not as good as the Plainfield location. My burger bun was soggy with too much Bourbon sauce/juice. However, the appetizers (onion rings, fries, and pretzels were hot and good to perfection).

We dined at lunch for my sister's birthday with my daughter, 3 grandchildren and a friend. Staff was very friendly and accomodating for our group. Food was good as usual, with house made ketchup for the fries and truffle aioli for the onion rings. Burgers were cooked to order and service was quick, despite a full house. We'll be back next trip to Indy!

It's one of the only spots you can get a gluten free meal made how you want it.Vegetarian options: All I know is they have vegan mayo.Dietary restrictions: I'm a gluten free person and my daughter is as well. This place is the best for an burger option.Kid-friendliness: Just a good place for kids.

The place is really nice. There was a nice modern and comfortable vibe. The nachos were really good, the cheese and bbq sauce mixed really well. The meat had a nice flavor too but there wasn't much on there. I would suggest asking for extra questions. The burgers were cooked nicely and well put together there were pretty good. The double bacon burger didn't have double bacon thoough. The bbq sauce there is great! I had it on everything. The waiter we has wasn't anything to brag about. I definitely recommend this place if in Nap-Town.

I love this place and food is consistently good, however having the brat waiter coming to our table to not only leave the check BUT also collect payment while we are still eating is unacceptable, I almost don't tip for how disrespectful this was along with his overall rude behavior through the meal, the least expected is that waiters can do a common sense job.. I only kept silence not to disturb my family.

Burgers are great. I had the Mexicali burger and my wife had The Beginning and added bacon. We also ordered fries with both burgers. The fries were delicious and cooked just right. The mexicali is a two patty burger and left me feeling extremely full after eating most of it and the fries. If you are not absolutely starving I would order a single patty burger with fries. The food was served fairly quickly, was nice hot and fresh and the tastes were amazing! Have been to the one in Lafayette before but not the one at Keystone and it definitely will not be our last time. Very enjoyable dinner in a quiet and calming atmosphere.Parking: Good size parking lot with plenty of parking close to the restaurant.

When we first walked in The greeter called me trouble...really didn't understand that but then he said he was just joking around. First impressions mean a lot to me so I felt uncomfortable for a while.. Food was good, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was good but some of my fries tasted fishy.Atmosphere was nice and Cozy.Service was very good. The server was attentive and nice, left him a nice tip. Towards the end of our meal the greeter came to our table (for whatever reason I don't know)and nudge (me) and mumbled some words that I didn't understand and quickly left. I don't think I will be going there anymore. But overall it is a nice place and inexpensive.

First off the food was not good at all! I asked for a well done burger, it came pink and very dry. My chicken wasn’t all the done and my fries was burnt. I ask the manger to bring ketchup and she never came back, so my burnt fries got cold. They act like they was scared to serve me, I’m guessing bc I’m black. I’m so disappointed bc I was looking forward to a good experience bc I heard good things about it but No!! Worst experience I had yet
