Elk and big ugly burger were the driest burgers we’ve ever had. Buns were good. Staff is also rude af but that’s usually a given for airports I suppose

Avoid at all costs. Eat out of a vending machine, if possible. Late for the flight and ordered the chicken salad with ranch. When I get on the plane there wasn't any chicken and there wasn't any ranch. I called them and asked if they could take it across the hall and hand it to the gate agent. "You're responsible for ensuring you get what you ordered." Wow, you really do suck. 1:30pm, afternoon of 11/10/24

Bad experience, I ordered at 6 and they said 15 mins. At 6:20 watching everyone get their food, They said it would be a while longer. I had to head to my gate and board my flight. They seemed to careless $16 wasted.

We stood in line around 10:20. Two employees were helping one man pay which took until 10:30. Wexwere next in line. We tried to place our order for breakfast at 10:31 but were told they started serving lunch at 10:30. They clearly were trying to not take another order before the designated time for lunch We took our money to Starbucks instead. And we will probably never visit another Bubs location again.

I thought it was tasty! The food was hot and enjoyable before a flight.
Burger not prepared properly. Tried to give me a half cup of fries because they were running of them. I had to substitute for sweet potato fries and they were horrible. Manager could only say sorry after I spent $20. 1st and last time eating here!

If I could rate less than one star, I would. The only thing available on the entire menu was burgers and fries....all other items were " out". Burgers were dry, burnt, and absolutely plain...no condiments served on them. Mustard, catsup and mayo packets were available for you to add your own, but that's it. Actually the fries were good, but extra charge. Very expensive burgers and half of it got thrown away. Hope all those waiting in line had better meals than we did.

Took the order After 15 minutes, admitted they ran out of chicken Instead of refunding the amount, asked me to write my details on a form and someone will contact you. Its been 4 weeks... nothing else to report after being duped of $30+ in airport.
