Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Seemed to have plenty of staff on hand, but had one server handling several tables. The server was kind, but a very soft talker and not very efficient. We had to ask for bread 3 times and it took 20 minutes after we ordered wine for the bottle to arrive. In addition, it was 7:00pm on a Saturday night, and somehow this Italian restaurant has run out of lasagna. There was certainly no culture of excellence at this location. The hostess seemed to be the most engaged.

There should have been more sauce on the Fettucini Alfredo and the Chickn parmisan. Salad was great.

We went for our 13yr old's birthday lunch and it wasn't mentioned at all and I had to ask for a dessert for her birthday. The reservation said it was for a birthday. 🤔 That was my ONLY issue. Food was excellent as always.

Unfortunately we feel like we overpaid incredibly for what we received. Truly such a disappointment. We realized after we had ate there that there was a family of 4 meal for $40, add a second pasta dish for another $10. We weren't informed about this and missed it when we were reviewing the menus. $150 meal (before tip) for exactly what we ordered was exactly what was offered for their family of four special for $50. Our mistake but would have been nice to be informed by our server who did a great job otherwise.

This was a bad experience from the beginning. The first room had no AC so we moved to the bar room. We had ordered a drink when we were seated and then salads a bit later. The drinks did not come for 25 minutes after our salads were served. Upon receiving the check I asked to speak to the manager and suggested he would remove the drinks. He told me not possible. I indicated I would note this in my review. He then offered 2 canollois to go but that was not viable given our schedule.

Food was great really nothing to complain about besides how hot it was in there I was dripping sweat off my forehead

Most of our food came out cold, our group sent several things back. My feet stuck to the floor... which was carpeted. Bathrooms were disgusting. Have significant doubts the kitchen is clean.

We were there for our daughter's 17th birthday, and we had such great service! Everyone was so nice and friendly! Would definitely recommend going there! Great place!!

I loved the food here although a little pricey I would say it’s completely worth it and our waiter Jeffrey was amazing, very friendly, had a great attitude, and always made sure we were ok. 10/10 would recommend

I understand the rush especially on Memorial day weekend, I myself am a server. But to not greet your table of 2 for 10 mins and only get them drinks is absurd. We saw our server at least 10 times before he got our order and even then didn't put it in right away. Our server asked us if we want bread for the table(did not tell us the price) so we 100% assumed it was free just like bread at Texas Roadhouse. We got our appetizer after we got our entree. We got our bill and the bread was $19. We also asked if they have a military discount, Our server and bartender then gave snappy attitude answer saying no they don't like it was a horrible thing to ask.

We were there for dinner and were told you could only order family style when we clearly saw other tables ordering individual plates. We had a person who has celiac and needed to order gluten free. Not a lot on the gf menu and theirs also came out in a super larger family portion. The salad was good but the spaghetti and chicken were just meh. The ambiance is fun and the service was great but we will not be going back and would not recommend it to anyone we know.

The experience was great - Christina was very helpful in making us have an excellent dinner. Delicious food, nice ambience and service. And I forgot my backpack at the restaurant - I called over an hour after they closed, and she was there locking up and came out to give me the bags - was truly great service the whole time!

First time here and our waiter was amazing! He was very attentive and fun. Food was really fresh and came out fast!

A fun experience for sure. Loved the old homey Italian atmosphere. Our family style dinner was 'eccellente'! I'm looking forward to having my take home box tomorrow!!

We had a party of 12... and our waitstaff was terrific --- attentive and fun. And the food was GREAT!
