Ordered my food online @ 11:30pm arrived at an empty location at 12am , and still my food was mot ready. I complained to the restaurant and they told me they had to go buy some more chicken , and I still did not receive my food just got a refund. Horribly ran and horrible customer service

I never leave reviews but this place sucks Terrible service from start to finish. When we arrived, the servers clearly didn’t want to take our table and made it obvious we were an inconvenience. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged,
If the staff doesn’t want to work or help customers, they shouldn’t be on the floor. Management seriously needs to step in, hold servers accountable, and replace employees who don’t care about doing their job. This experience completely ruined the visit, and I won’t be coming back unless major changes are made.

Horrible!!!!!!! Waited 10 minutes to be sat because the host was talking to another table while the server was trying to take their order. Finally got seated and waited another 15 minutes before leaving because the 2 female servers were arguing about not wanting to take our table literally in front of us. We decided to settle their argument by getting up and walking out. The lack of professionalism is appalling no wonder every BWW is shut down. They had maybe 5 tables between the two servers and every other table had old dishes on them. No idea what the host was doing and who I’m assuming was the manager was dealing with another angry customer. The table across from us also ended up leaving without eating because of the wait.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I came in to pick up an order, stood there 10 minutes no one helped me. Kept getting ignored by waitress. Husband had to get someone to assist us. Absolutely ridiculous!

A server named E’laie lied and said I walked out on a bill on a day I was never there. Be careful of her. The manager was unable to show any footage or proof and trespassed me. The service here has went downhill in the past few months.

Sit with empty cup whole meal then was asked if I wanted refill and box said yes to refill and was only brought check , worst service and it’s not crowded

Every time we come the Keystone location they take your order and you wait forever for a tkeout. You can't complain to any manager because you never see one on site. Do better bdubs .

Placed an online order at 11PM last night(12-21-25), it set pickup date for the following day (12-22-25) waited for 45 mins to talk to manager about canceling it, they said they would but never did. Called today at 10AM before my order was set to be made (22nd) and the manager said it would take 5-7 business days and there is no way to give me a return receipt I'd just have to wait for money to come back Into the account.
Leaving a 1 star until it's resolved. (If it's resolved at all)
Also place is dirty, tables and handles are always sticky when I come in here.

Poor quality service. I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this one was by far the worst. I waited 20 minutes and even had to get up to ask for service, even though the place wasn’t busy. On top of that, the food didn’t arrive fresh. It felt like I had to beg just to be served.

I'm NEVER coming back to this location!! I placed an order online and came into the store to pick it up and half my order was wrong. The host was overwhelmed and over worked. She had to deal with seating the customers deal with to-go orders and answer the phone plus everything else. My complaint is so long that I can't even imagine trying to type everything I want to say. She took our food back to the kitchen to fix the problem and it was still wrong for the second time.Just know the customer service was bad the food was cold and as a paying customer who just spent about $60.00 I can never come back and spend my money here again. I might as well just flushed my money down the drain. If you want this complaint to be updated to a compliment someone that work here need to contact me and if not, the future customers will hopefully see the reviews and rethink about coming to this location.
