I am writing about a order placed late Saturday night. My son Justin Jackson placed a order to me about 11pm so it was late. What was the order: Hamburger, fries, (3) chilli's , side salad and some veggies, vanilla cheese cake with carmel sauce. Well what I got was: Hamburger no fries, no chilli no salad, no dressing veggies with no ranch dressing to dip. This order was $33.11 and I didn't get any of the other foods. I want to know how we can solve this issue. It's a shame he paid for all that food for me and I didn't get it. How can we solve this issue? Will he be credited back his funds for the missing items? for a full refund?

Boneless wings were hard as rocls
ETA: The link just brings me here. We had the AYCE boneless, and both of our wings were hard and cold for both rounds. Fries were cold for the first round but hot and amazing for the 2nd round. We were still hungry as we just picked at the wings but went ahead and paid and left as it wasn't worth the hassle to try a 3rd time. Hope this is helpful.

seriously needs a refresh in management. came here to watch pacers game, decently busy but nothing too bad. seemed the waitresses were understaffed & severely needed help, had a cooler temper than i wouldve as they cleaned up after people who had hardly touched their food & dealt with the brunt of the kitchens faults from customers. took forever to get disgusting food & we were one of many, saw a big family spend more time waiting than they did eating, leaving a table full of food. others wanting refunds & waiting forever to get them. an old man patiently waiting for 30-40 minutes for a single take out item. wings were tiny, food was cold. chips & dip wasnt even safe & the veggies were dried up. manager was on sight the entire time & the cops arrived over something? im no expert, but after seeing this isnt a one time mishap, i do hope a higher level of management will step in and fix these issue. as for anyone looking to eat here, theres a lot of other amazing wing places around that actually want to earn your business.

The food was pretty good, but wings were tiny. The servers were friendly but extremely slow, and it wasn't busy. 2 hours to get some appetizers and wings for 3 of us.

Arrived before 7 to get a table and order ahead of time for a Pacers ECF game. Took a bit to get our first beer, but that’s fine. We order our food, and it took well over an hour to come out. When the food did come out, we sent it back for being completely cold. During the time we waited for our first round of cold food, we tried to get a 2nd round of beer 4 times. Not once did it ever come. When our food finally came out an hour and 40 minutes in, they got us our 2nd beer.

The wings were literally swimming in a pool of sauce. Even at BOGO pricing, it was not worth it. When we checked out, they somehow had charged us for 3 beers when we only had 2. If there was anything they could make a mistake on, it happened. Multiple other tables got up and left as they came to sit and were never spoken to by staff.

Do not come here. Door dash and take out orders are clearly prioritized as they have a line out the door. There are multiple other wing restaurants with higher quality food and service in the area

I’ve tried to place an online order multiple times in the last few weeks, and it doesn’t work. That wouldn’t be an issue if the store was able to honor online prices. Do you understand how crazy it sounds to a customer to tell them that the app and the restaurant and two different things and don’t have anything to do with each other? Needless to say, I’ll be ordering from places where the in store price isn’t double the app price that never work and “can’t be changed” I would hope your company at empowers managers to make smart business decisions instead of just blaming it on technology.

I’m not sure why they wild serve chicken so hard that it almost broke my tooth. It was hard & tasted like it was over fried. Fries weren’t good. Bw3 is fallin off

Walked in, smelled like puke. The carpet was destroyed, as in, litter everywhere. The table and menus were so sticky, they were sticking together. Didn’t even make it to order because the atmosphere was so disturbing.

When ordering through the BWW app I’ve consistently had my order be given to me on average 20-30 minutes after the “ready” time. Half the time there isn’t a worker at the front desk and when they are there I’ve been ignored completely with people on their phones or just seeming like I’m an inconvenience.

I’ve been shorted on wings and sometimes entirely wrong/missing items. Not to mention the food being cold. Not sure how I end up waiting 30 minutes to get cold food.

Probably the worst customer service for pretty good food.

This experience is consistent across days where it’s very busy and even when it’s not. Failure of leadership and management.

I used to love this place. I ate here 2/3 a week because I love them. But this last time. I ordered 30 wings and only received 3 boxes of 5. When I called to complain that young boy on nights told me I was basically lieing. He told me he counted the wings but out them in the box that says 5. Look at my pics. 10 wings wouldn't fit in that box. Listen, I've been shorted previously and never complained. This just wasn't enough to feed me and my family. I get it! It was closing, but at least rectify the situation on for a late date. This really bothers me bc I have to try hard not to eat here. But the pawn shops up the street wings are amazing and cheap. I never would have tried them if it wasn't for this mishap. So good ridden BWW from the looks of things yall will not make it much longer.

Highly understaffed location, extremely rude service. My wife and I were flat out refused service for sitting at a dining table instead of bar, so we left. But not before being yelled at by an extremely rude waiter who proudly proclaimed himself a manager (we didn’t ask) that he does not serve people who seat themselves, telling us to stand up from our tables and go read the “Please Wait To Be Seated” sign again at the front desk, which had no one there although we had waited for 10 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was almost completely empty at the peak lunch hours we visited (I wonder why!). Whoever promoted that man to manager should include this incident in his annual performance review and re-examine management at this location to understand why your restaurant is always empty (this was our second time coming here during peak lunch hours). Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere.

People really shouldn't be in customer service if they can't keep a great attitude. Dont take a job with people if you cannot maintain your attitude! It should be expected to be busy and have crowds, Your job being short staffed has nothing to do with any customers in the building. I didn't mind a small wait after seeing there wasn't alot of servers. It's very, very unprofessional to come up to a table after a long wait and not greet them! This server literally asked, "what did we want." I responded back to her very confused because she didn't care if we were doing food or drinks. Again, waves come and it's ok to be overwhelmed. Very disappointed tonight, very disappointed
