I have never had the worse chicken I called and placed a order for 10 wings Thank God only 10 to give it a try to this place as I have had a worse experience in past 5 Chipotle bbq and 5 jalapeño but they decided to do a flavor chosse for me so I got 5 Chipotle amd 5 parmessan the chicken wings were soo stiff and hard like I couldn't chew my mouth teeth were getting tired and I am in my 20's not that I am old but I felt old with these chicken wings i live on the other side of town when I called the manegar was extremely rude didnt give any solution on top was telling me they were sitting thats why hey I have had wings in past that been sitting a whole entire day but weren't that hard honestly dont waste your money and time the worse place to have wings stay aware stay out of it.

There's a reason this Buffalo Wild Wings location is the lowest rated out of all in and around Indy. Service is very hit or miss, and usually miss. Went here tonight and still not been waited on after 20+ minutes. Trying to flag down a server doesn't help.

I recently ordered from your Glendale Mall location in Indianapolis and was left completely disappointed. My order summary is attached below, as I ordered a BOGO 12 piece.
My wings were cold, rubbery, and not sauced or seasoned like I ordered. THESE WERE SITTING OUT!! This is unacceptable customer service and bad on their part. I understand being overwhelmed or busy but giving this out to a customer is inexcusable.
I have attached pictures of the order/food below. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Placed an order in the BW website for delivery. When I got the food I was missing items. 5 wings a 4 blue cheese dressings. I then was told that I have to drive 20 mins back out there to get the items that I did not get. So I now drive the 20 mins to go get the food that I've already paid a delivery charge and tip for. I get there. No manager ever comes out, just a kid. Brings me the 5 wings in a box cover in sauce with no bags. Had to remind him that I also didn't get the blue cheese I paid for.
Its funny, it dont matter which BWs you go to..........no matter which side of town.... Shut them all down. The last time I went to a BWs also resulted in me writing a review. Its not a one off thing.

After waiting over 30 minutes on a to go order on 8/16 around 10:50pm a back of house worker thought it’d be appropriate to stick their tongue out at me over the food in the window. The front of house employees were at least courteous enough to tell me there was a long wait.

I went in to explain it... They were very busy ... They explained I couldn't get a refund instead I had to wait for a remake. I had already waited 45 mins for the 1st order so I left. I then contacted corporate to have them get me in touch with a manager still no contact very disappointed in this location.

I am writing about a order placed late Saturday night. My son Justin Jackson placed a order to me about 11pm so it was late. What was the order: Hamburger, fries, (3) chilli's , side salad and some veggies, vanilla cheese cake with carmel sauce. Well what I got was: Hamburger no fries, no chilli no salad, no dressing veggies with no ranch dressing to dip. This order was $33.11 and I didn't get any of the other foods. I want to know how we can solve this issue. It's a shame he paid for all that food for me and I didn't get it. How can we solve this issue? Will he be credited back his funds for the missing items? for a full refund?

Boneless wings were hard as rocls ETA: The link just brings me here. We had the AYCE boneless, and both of our wings were hard and cold for both rounds. Fries were cold for the first round but hot and amazing for the 2nd round. We were still hungry as we just picked at the wings but went ahead and paid and left as it wasn't worth the hassle to try a 3rd time. Hope this is helpful.

seriously needs a refresh in management. came here to watch pacers game, decently busy but nothing too bad. seemed the waitresses were understaffed & severely needed help, had a cooler temper than i wouldve as they cleaned up after people who had hardly touched their food & dealt with the brunt of the kitchens faults from customers. took forever to get disgusting food & we were one of many, saw a big family spend more time waiting than they did eating, leaving a table full of food. others wanting refunds & waiting forever to get them. an old man patiently waiting for 30-40 minutes for a single take out item. wings were tiny, food was cold. chips & dip wasnt even safe & the veggies were dried up. manager was on sight the entire time & the cops arrived over something? im no expert, but after seeing this isnt a one time mishap, i do hope a higher level of management will step in and fix these issue. as for anyone looking to eat here, theres a lot of other amazing wing places around that actually want to earn your business.
