Was order to deliver. Ordered teriyaki wings. When they arrived they only had hardly any sauce on them so they could not use anymore then they had to. They were mostly breading no chicken. I asked to cook them 2 mins longer then usual they weren't I asked to make them extra wet they weren't. (and that's how I know they weren't cooked long) also something white got into the fryer and was put in the wings. To say the were disgusting is a understatement. I called the store to tell them what was going on and the manager basically blew me off and told me I was lying about the cook time but when i asked about the wings not being wet he didn't want to talk about that or the white pineapple pieces of whatever it was in with the wings. I will never ever again get food here or from any other B dubs again!

Met with some friends on fight night. Little busy but nothing crazy. Ordered food a fight before than my friends. Their food came. Mine did not. More friends came. Server took their order and didn’t even acknowledge my food hadn’t came. Asked for my bill (we already told her it was separate) and she brought the bill for me and the friends who got their food. Just dropped it off and walked away. She had a crap attitude the whole time too. Pretty disappointed this used to be a great place.

Came here for dinner with friends. We waited 20 minutes to order and then 20 minutes for food. The problem arose when we wanted to order something else and no one came and checked on us for over 30 minutes. We asked someone passing by about ordering more food and she flat out ignored us and walked away. She came back a few minutes later and said she couldn’t find our server and that if we see our server, we’d have to ask her. We waited another 20 minutes and our server simply put our bill on the table without even looking at us or asking us if we needed anything else. We even asked her why she did that and she simply said well the other girl told me you wanted your check. If she had bothered to even look at us or talk to us she would have known that wasn’t the case. I have never seen such rude and incompetent staff ever!!

Stopped in for a beer at the bar at the end of a day of errands. Was going to order food but as soon as you walk in the odor is similar to rotting garbage. Sat at the bar only to be joined by 2 baby roaches in less than an hours time. 3 employees were at the end of the bar this whole time on their cell phones and talking. No one came over to check on me or acknowledge me. I had to go to them to inform them of the roach situation before leaving without finishing my drink.

Wings and fries came out luke warm at best. The wings were dry liked they were left over and just tossed in warm sauce. There were probably 8 customers in the place (slow).The price for these wings and they can't make them fresh? We were credited the wings but damn your not making anything sophisticated, the only thing you guys got going for you is the sauces and cold beer!

I haven’t been here in years. Came in a yesterday. Ordered a 20 pc and some fried pickles. The person I was with paid for the fried pickles separately. So why am I being charged for the full face amount of the order? After everything it was $32.49, now it’s $40.49. How when the person I was with paid separately? The server is the reason. She got greedy and rewrote a tip on a signed paper! I tipped her what I could. I’ll be there tomorrow to dispute this.
Would not recommend. Waiter was Alan he did not put all food in the computer so people had to wait on the food. The food we did get was cold so we could not eat then we had to wait on our cups to be filled and someone else had to do that. Alan never came to check on us to see if there were any problems with the food horrible waiter
