Waited close to one hour for food on an almost empty Saturday night restaurant. When the food arrived it was cold and sent back. Waitress offered manager to speak with us but the manager declined? We left without food and disappointed. Will likely never return with the selection of better restaurants in the area.

This location has failed me so many times on getting my simplest orders correct, and they are ALWAYS rude and unhelpful when trying to get the order corrected. Just today tried to give the location another chance after a year, still got my order so wrong. I ordered 20 wings with 2 sauces and for some reason they split the 20 wings into thirds and 1/3 of the wings were naked. Also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich -- it is literally just a piece of breaded chicken on a bun. How does this even happen?
I've also had a woman at the cash register be so mean to me when they gave me an entirely, completely wrong salad. I paid for a large salad with several toppings and I got a simple side salad I can make at home for $1 and I couldn't even eat the correct salad when I stood up for myself and got it fixed because I felt so certain that the cooks spit in the food.
Literally just drive a bit further out of your way to visit any other location!!!

I always pick up my order here. It's always fresh, packed appropriately and the staff is very nice. Zero bullsheeit. My favorite location in Central Indiana. Will return.

I wasn't seated. The people at the counter asked what I wanted so I told them my order then Sat down at a table. They made mine and my friends food to go. I gave them a tip when I paid. Noticed they have servers. Very confused on what was going on. It was my friend's birthday she never gets out and I just wanted to show her a good time.... Since we sat down idk what happened but the order was paid for and the food never came even when asked they hadn't started the order and also had it as a Togo .... I had to tip the waiter who ended up barely assigned just because he was put in a spot also .... Not fair to the servers who could have got tips. There was no sign waiting to be seated and we were asked for our order paid and sat down. Then watched every one get food and seated while waiting. Maybe they were new staff and it was their very first day..the servers looked upset/ confused about this also.

Just went to have dinner here. Service is slow maybe 5-6 tables in the building between two servers. Slow to greet tables and get refills. Piles of dishes stacked on a table. And halfway through my meal I see roaches running around the booths and on the floor. Saw 2 of them. The table next to me saw me looking at the floor and she even commented that she had seen one or two running around the table next to her. The one with all the dirty dishes stacked on it.

We’ve came here numerous times and had awful service, but today we came in to eat and had some of the best service we’ve ever received. Our waitress, Jessica, did an awesome job. Our drinks were never empty, our food was out fast, we got bottomless apps that were never empty, and she was super kind and smiling. She checked on us constantly and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be requesting her from now on!

Order food here many many many times, they always forget the carrots/sides and sauces. The barely put any sauce on the wings, service has a horrible attitude and when you talk to management they do nothing about it. Highly recommended NOT eating here to avoid a horrible dining experience

Arrived @ 2:23p. Boneless Wings were hard and Dry. 2nd Batch wasn't much better. No Money off.. Gave a Good to. She was Good.

Came in around 4 o’clock sat down at the bar the bartender believe her name was Emily. She was super nice really outgoing did a fantastic job all props to her. She’s an amazing bartender and server. Food was good. My beer was fantastic overall if I could, I’d give this a 10 star review.

My son and I both got food poisoning from this place. We order chicken wings with blue cheese & celery and onion rings. We ordered online and picked it up. The wings were so dry we could barely eat them so they must have been sitting out for a very long time! With 2 hours we both had stomach cramps, nausea and many other awful symptoms that lasted for almost 2 days. It was shear misery! I will never eat at this place again.

Was order to deliver. Ordered teriyaki wings. When they arrived they only had hardly any sauce on them so they could not use anymore then they had to. They were mostly breading no chicken. I asked to cook them 2 mins longer then usual they weren't I asked to make them extra wet they weren't. (and that's how I know they weren't cooked long) also something white got into the fryer and was put in the wings. To say the were disgusting is a understatement. I called the store to tell them what was going on and the manager basically blew me off and told me I was lying about the cook time but when i asked about the wings not being wet he didn't want to talk about that or the white pineapple pieces of whatever it was in with the wings. I will never ever again get food here or from any other B dubs again!
