I attempted to dine at this location a couple of nights ago and was told it was carry out only due to lack of servers.

We come here quite often but some advice would be to never come when it’s almost time for them to close. The fries were overcooked, the boneless wings were cold, they don’t offer the henny hussle any more which is absurd because if you have Hennessy and strawberry lemonade then you have a henny hussle but whatever . Service was subpar, the waitress was on the phone and I was over it. Spend damn near $40 for some cold food and seeing people walk out because it was just ass in there

Just ordered takeout and when we got home, which is literally 5 minutes down the street, the fries and chicken was cold and fries were overcooked and taste like they were fried in old oil. The chicken was chewy. This used to be a great location but, it has gone downhill.

I called in an order about 8pm. It was ready ahead of schedule. The lady at the cash register and even the cooks were very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. It could not have been a better experience.

Don't waste your time. Food quality is horrible. Customer service forget about it. All around stay away from this place.

I was just there. I walked in and a young man took my to-go order and i informed him I would go to the bar to wait. He said that would be fine and it should take 15 minutes. I ordered 10 wings to-go with two sauces. I asked the young man if e needed my name and he said no, he can remember me. I went to the bar to get a drink and decided to grab a little something to eat while I waited. The bar tender young lady was wonderful.

I ate my food and was still waiting for more than 45 minutes for my to-go order. The bar tender checked on that order and assured me she will make sure the kitchen will make them fresh. She finally came back with the to-go order and by the time I got home I noticed I got like warm boneless wings.
Just felt frustrated so I decided to drive back and give them their food back.

I know this is not a reflection of every BWW, but the location in Pendleton Pike, Indiana just doesn’t give a damn and it shows.

First time here. Place was nasty. Food on the floor under our table. Had sticky stuff on table. The bathroom was the worst looked like it had never been cleaned in days.

Filthy! The floor doesn't appear to have been washed and is slippery. The wait for take out is unacceptable. Several boxes of food is just sitting on the warming counter and no one is bagging it for the long line of food delivery drivers. This place needs management

We placed an order online at 2:35 and it was supposed to be ready by 3:30. We arrived 10 minutes early but we've been here until 4 and possibly longer. One of the things is that they have all the orders piled up. They don't have an order lined up so the food arrives super cold at home. I do not recommend coming here at all, much less ordering takeout. Even though we decided to wait an hour for our order to be ready, we had to wait another half hour or more for it to be ready. How disappointing. and not to mention the fries

I come here fairly frequently and the can’t get an order correct no matter what. Went today and got the 20 piece meal and an additional 12 piece with the veggies and dips. Get to the car and they forgot my 12 piece. Mistakes happen, no big deal. I go in and they give it to me. I get home and they didn’t give me the right sauces, my dips I paid for or the veggies. I called and they have the worst attitude. I didn’t do anything wrong. You did. Not my fault. They said you can come back up and get them but it’s a 20 minute drive. No thanks. Won’t be back.
