Worst place ever! Ordered ahead. Got there and it took them 25 minutes to even ask my name while my food sat there. Then, when I finally get my food, they verified the last 4 digits of my card so they could refund me for the sampler appetizer they didn't have. So now my husband's food I have is cold, and I didn't even get mine. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to this one

I love BWW wings but no matter what store I go to, my order is 30 minutes or more later than the stated time it should be. Years this has been happening, I rarely order from here for this reason. I dont know why I keep trying. So the food is cold and I can't even give it a good rating either. And, of course the tip is prepaid.

Just Horrible. I did an online order for 7:50p pick up time and my card was charged. My husband went to pick up my food. He gets there and there is a sign in the door that’s says closed immediately and then they say they don’t have my order when it went through online. No apologies or explanation just ‘we’re closed’!!

I was just there on 3/11/2024 at 8pm, stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one serving, seating, taking orders up front, and the phone was ringing off the hook. Absolutely unacceptable. Just watched me stand at the counter without saying a word.

It is terrible to give any business a bad review but that’s the only way they’ll be able to do anything about the constant mistakes that continue happening…every time I order food from there there’s always a few items missing and when I call back there’s always an excuse of why the food I just purchase is not there and why I can’t get a refund… never ordering from you guys again and I advice people not to do it as well especially if you’re really hungry

The service is too bad, especially the time in arriving your order. It was too late. Maybe because it was superbowl's Day, the atmosphere was so stressed. The food is good, sauces too. My favorite is mango habanero.

We sat at the bar in a mostly empty HUGE restaurant. Most of the bar area was un-bussed, dirty and the drink menus were sticking to the bar...gross. We found a clean spot and our sweet long red haired server was good, polite and professional (recommend a hair restraint, however)I also didn't care for the Bourbon BBQ sauce but the wings were very good. I would hate to see this BBW close like the one that was near me due to correctable issues! Best wings around though, I'll be back!
