Truly one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the city the online ordering is never on , they don’t answer the phone , always mess up a order and the workers always outside smoking come straight in don’t wash they hands.

My friends and I (a party of 10) came here to celebrate my birthday and to say I had the worst experience of my life is an understatement. I have been an employee (server & bartender) for Buffalo Wild Wings for 4 years and I can not understand how the service we got was as bad as it was. To begin, my 2 friends arrived 30 minutes before me and the rest of the group and it wasn't until 15 minutes after I arrived did someone come and greet the table and that was because the manager came and told a server he had to take us, this server looked like he just received the worst news of his life. As we were walking in, the cashier said very loudly how busy they were, there were maybe 5 other tables in the dining room. We were in a hurry so we ordered all our food, alcohol, and waters all at the same time. It took 40 minutes to receive our waters. I decided to go up to the server while he was putting our order in and he looked like he did not know what he was doing. I had to ring in my own margaritas and split the check correctly myself. I even wrote down on a piece of paper how the check was going to be split. The food arrived before our alcohol did and we had to ask for forks and napkins. We decided to give him our cards right after we got our food because we figured it would take the server forever to run 4 cards. And we were right. It took probably about another 30 minutes to receive our checks and he didnt even get that right even though I literally split it up by myself and showed him how it was supposed to be. One of my friends check was 27$ so she gave him 2 $25.00 gift cards and he never gave the one with a remaining balance back. We were in too big of a hurry to care. Not to mention, I didn't receive my margarita until I was walking out the door so he put it in a to-go cup, which coming from a fellow bartender, is a big no-no. Also, the manager could see how frustrated we were and did not come talk to us at all. All the other servers saw their co-worker struggling, literally getting help by a non-employee, saw my friends sitting there for 30 minutes, and no one helped. In my opinion, this server, and all the servers and manager included, need to be fired. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever came across.

Visited this location with my family for a Sunday dinner the food was completely off the biggest disappointment that everything wasn’t good at all everything was brunt and dry it was hard to even bite into the wings usually is our favorite place to visit all the time but it lacked of everything today our server was ok. Food quality is a big thing and who knows what happened here today..

Rissa the GM was very unprofessional when I notified her they are selling fried breading as boneless wing. This is fried breading. Our service was awesome Vanessa is a wonderful waitress.

We waited over 20 minutes to be seated despite the restaurant being completely empty. When the server finally acknowledged us, she told us to sit at the bar, even though we were underage, then walked away without offering another option. Another staff member eventually seated us. The same server later took our order, but her lack of attentiveness continued. Our appetizer arrived quickly, but our wings were delayed for nearly an hour. We asked her to check on them, and she said she would, yet she never returned with an update. We were left sitting with no information, no follow-up, and no effort to make things right. When the wings finally arrived, she casually mentioned that the kitchen had lost our ticket, offering no apology for the long wait or her complete absence during that time. The service was inattentive, unprofessional, and dismissive from start to finish.
Place is poorly ran and despite being a billion dollar company, too cheap to pay their servers a livable wage and thus there is no one to serve you. The same problem doesn't exist at nearby locations

Not the best BWW's I've been to as far as the ambience and looks are concerned ,, but the food is solid . The traditional wings (drums) are my favorite && the New York style cheesecake is good as well . Wish they would offer some crinkle cut fries .
