I am surprised this location is still open with the customer service provided by staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager who was polite and had a smile. We waited over ten minutes at the table before a server came to take our drink order. The server struggled to be attentive to our tables with things such as bringing us the bill, asking about refills, or even how the food tasted after the food was brought out. The server was sitting at the table by herself for several minutes before she returned to our table.
The manager was the only one working in the carry-out order area and also helping with the tables on the floor. They weren’t busy and they appeared to be fully staffed. The staff much rather stand around and talk. The wings were overcooked, the drinks from the bar were good and the atmosphere was clean and lively. I wouldn't care to visit this location again due to the customer service and food being overcooked. It’s a nice place to stop grab some drinks and enjoy live activities like they hosted today.

Not sure if it was the kitchen or the server. My food came from the kitchen wrong. My food returned from the kitchen wrong. My bill was wrong. After the manager adjusted it, the bill was still wrong.

I don't know what happened to this establishment, but when I made my purchase I thought my order would be fresh and it wasn't!! I ordered something simple a 10pc caribbean jerk boneless wings and a regular fry. The chicken was soggy and the fries were cold and hard not to mention there was bacon in the container about half way through the fries like they had them sitting out and needed to use them so they put a few more fries on top and gave them to me. I've never had that kind of service from there, but the management needs to crack down on quality of outgoing orders before they lose alot of business!!

Met at the door with a notice the wait would be 30 minutes, however the location was half empty. They would be able to seat us, but they needed to catch up on orders. Saw some employees working with urgency, others with no care in the world. We elected to stay, and once we were seated, which was pretty fast, Isaiah (our waiter) was fast and worked hard. Isaiah did a good job! Food was prompt and typical for B-Dubbs. However, the 2 star is for the atmosphere. We witnessed two waitresses with a disagreement in front of customers and what looked like a manager. One waitress told the other waitress she needed to go somewhere and sit down. All of that was over whose table it was... It could have been avoided with proper sections. Not a local, but if I was, I would not return.

I placed a DoorDash order for 15 wings with 3 flavors and an order of fried pickles. I only got 10 wings and all of the food was cold. Talk about a poor customer experience… why would you short me 5 wings and why is my food ice cold? I know the DoorDash driver didn’t take my food because the bag was still sealed. So this is Buffalo Wild Wings mistake. Do better.

Great atmosphere, always come here and chill out after a long day, employees are very welcoming to there customers and the waiters go above and beyond , I would recommend this place.
Parking: Doordash employees park in the fire lane and it's a plaza so , order ahead to prevent no parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and a and kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are able to accommodate here.
Been to this bdubs for weeks now. Staff is always friendly even when they’re at their busiest. Food is always fire.
