This is by far our favorite Mexican restaurants in Indy. We tried a bunch over the holiday season last year and Bugambilias is our number one go to even for picky eaters. Everyone is always super friendly here and the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty.
THE BEST Mexican! The Birria tacos are the best I’ve had. They are tender and juicy but not overly greasy like others can be. The salsa is very tasty with a great blend of spices. The quesadillas are very good as well. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The food from the food truck was incredible (had it at a graduation party last week) … Just as good as what you get at the restaurant. We love Bugumbilias Mexican food and the service.
