My partner and I were a bit confused at the dine-in atmosphere, which felt very dingy, including with no cups for drinks and use of plastic silverware. We selected tap water on the order kiosk and were given plastic bottled water, one warm and no ice or cups available. We went for Sunday brunch, which was…ok. Just disheartening to see more “all vegan” places increasingly rely on all substitutes I could buy at the store. Without good service, vibes, or even cups/silverware why dine in? It's the sauce and the care taken to create a delicious burger that I appreciate 😋 and that same care is shown throughout the menu.🫡

THE BEST VEGAN BURGER SPOT IN THE ENTIRE CITY (if you ask me) !!! Not too many healthy/vegan options in the city . Just visited Burgeezy for the first time a couple weeks ago & it's BY FAR the most flavorful vegan food I've ever had . 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend !!!

The food here is always on point, the variety of items is awesome, and I enjoy when new items are added. This is another one of my go to vegan spots

The burger was a touch bland, but had a decent amount of veg and a good patty. Fries were well flavoured. The main issue was waiting 40mins for our order. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-14

Stopped in on a Sunday and so glad we got to try their brunch menu! I got the grits platter with crispy shiitake wings and the egg scramble. Everything tasted 11/10. Have to recommend the grits, shiitake wings, and hash browns. Try everything! We parked for free in the street near the canal and did the canal walk too since it's right along it.

Greater selection of things like sauces and fries that I haven't found for vegan options in indy. I like how customizable everything was. I got the bbq burger with added mushrooms and it was the best thing I've had in a while

This was the best Vegan burger and nuggets I’ve ever had in the 2 1/2 years of being plant based. Even my adult children loved it who are definitely not vegan 😊 awesome job Burgeezy!!! I am most definitely coming back!! Oh the sauce!! Lip smacking, finger licking good!!!

We just ate there for the first time today. The guy who greeted us, I think his name was Cooper, was fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful during our entire visit. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back! Bonus points that parking is free on Sundays!

This restaurant left me feeling deeply disappointed and let down. The experience from start to finish felt poorly thought out and unwelcoming. Ordering was done through a touch-screen kiosk at the entrance, which might have been fine if the interface weren’t clunky and confusing. It required my phone number without an option to skip, and yet it didn’t use that information to provide a receipt or update me on my order—it just felt invasive. Asking for help with the system made me feel awkward, like I was imposing.

The atmosphere was lackluster and uncomfortable. The space was nearly empty during my visit, and the mismatched decor didn’t help. The furniture looked cheap and dated, clashing with an attempt at an industrial aesthetic. The walls, painted a harsh orange with sloppy spray-painted logos, felt unfinished and uninviting. The overall vibe was inhospitable, and I didn’t feel welcomed as a guest—more like I was being tolerated.

There was no real service to speak of. After ordering, I sat in a booth and had to ask for a fork for a dish that clearly required one. What I received was a disposable plastic fork, which felt lazy and out of place for a plant-based restaurant. Using single-use plastics for everything was disappointing and contradicted the values they seemed to be promoting.

The prices were shockingly high for what was offered. My $20 burger didn’t include a side or even water, which was only available in cans for an additional charge. Extras like ketchup or pickles were additional costs as well—78 cents for ketchup and two pickle slices, to be exact. The tipping prompt at the kiosk for zero service felt inappropriate, and it required extra effort to select “custom tip” to leave nothing.

As for the food, while it tasted fine, it was nothing remarkable. It was the same Impossible or Beyond Meat patties you can find at any grocery store. There was no added value in terms of preparation or presentation—certainly nothing to justify the exorbitant prices. I couldn’t shake the feeling that this place was more focused on squeezing every dollar out of customers than on creating a positive dining experience.

I truly wanted to support a local plant-based restaurant, but this experience felt like a punishment for trying. There was no value in the food, the service, or the atmosphere. If I find myself in Indianapolis again, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere.

My favorite vegan restaurant hands down! My favorite dish is the impossible chopped cheese with crinkle cut fries. It's so hot, fresh, cooked, and seasoned to perfection! I've had multiple non vegan friends and family try their food, and everyone loves it just as much! (They do use peanut oil for anything fried, just in case anyone has allergies) I've also enjoyed there Philly burger, chili cheese fries, mac n cheese, fried cauliflower, and biscoff pancakes (Sunday brunch). Highly recommend!
