This Burger King at Kentucky Ave took too long. They had us waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. When we made it to the window I was looking through the window and I saw a worker eating out of everyone else’s meals. I recommend not going here, it took long and we ended up just leaving when we saw the worker eating out of others meals.

Order online to just be pulled around and no one was in line. Employees cant get the order right because shes standing there talking on facetime. Surprised thats ok with management.

One person waited on me and it was excellent customer service. But oh my goodness -- the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! And the handicap area outside, ramp, and sidewalk were covered in snow and ice. It was very scary to try to walk on. Then when I sat in my car to eat my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, it didn't taste right. I've had them before at other BKs and I would rate them probably a 7.5 out of 10. This one was about a 2.5 out of 10. It was not a good experience!
Wheelchair accessibility: Big chunks of ice covering the ramp as well as snow and Slick ice underneath the snow. No handicap button and the sidewalk outside the door was covered in snow and ice so it was not a good experience

Avoid this place on weekend mornings. They have a bad habit of letting you sit at the apeaker from 1015 to 1030 and then tell you breakfast is over and it's your fault. Rude, back talking, disrespectful employees.

Update: all the workers just came outside with pizza and gas station drinks (probably alcohol from what I’m seeing in previous comments) and all stared me down shaking their heads like they were going to fight me. lol this place is a JOKE

Don't order the pickle fries unless you want to eat a greasy soggy mess! Normally I don't have any complaints about this restaurant, but today I do. I ordered pickle fries and they don't look anything like they are advertised. It looks like somebody just shoved a whole bunch of very undercooked food into a box and stuck it in my bag and let me drive off with it like that. It looked too disgusting to eat. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. I heard someone saying just put it in the bag and I am pretty sure that's what they were talking about. I am so disappointed.

I had the pleasure of having brunch the manager was very rude to the employees right in front of me I think her name was Laura the breakfast coordinator apparently she thinks it's okay to reprimand employees in front of the customer

I do crave a double whopper with cheese from time to time. But it does get old very quickly. Opinion from a guy who has ruined fast burger places for myself. Especially if one lives close to one.

People were getting drunk in the lobby. The food was horrible. the order was not right. Order an original chicken sandwich fresh out of the fryer. It was not. Was supposed to have everything but lettuce. It had lettuce. Onions were bad (old), and the bun was hard as a rock on one end. Do will not eat at this one ever again. I have to give a star is the only reason it has one
