They just remodeled this location and it looks great. But there is no signage for the drive thru. I went for a reward cheeseburger and it was tasty but cold.
Customer Service by the African American young lady good and to the point.

Forgot my fries. Forgot sauce. Drive thru employee was ready to send me off without my drink. I asked for that because they’d forgot that too. 40-50 years old and can’t perfect a drive thru job lmao😂.

Went to this bk the night before last and I want to give a huge shout out to the lady working she had either green or blue in her hair. This lady was working working! It was only her and another employee but she was literally holding everything down! My food was fresh, hot and looked like it was on a commercial. For as busy as she was she made sure everything was fresh and good! You go girl!!!

I think it’s time to speak to an attorney about Burner King. Over the past week they’ve kept my pennies from several orders. If this is happening to every customer there robbing everyone. The bank still has pennies and if the business says they don’t have pennies then they need to modify their price to where it doesn’t cost to customer to lose money. Pennies may sound like nothing but they all add up specially over 1000 thousands and thousands of customers a day.

The food is usually ok here but the last time I went the onion rings were too burnt to eat and the chicken nuggets were like rubber. No lie you could bend the nuggets in half and they wouldn't break so I threw it all way.

So on the app it shows that they open at 8am for the holiday but at 930 when i pulle up there some rude man on there and told me that they did not open until 10 AM.Because of the holidays so your app says one thing but they say another. I when to another one and they were very nice. They told me they all were supposed to open at 8am. That they knew of.

. not at this particular burger king on emerson ave! Our order was completely wrong and had a noticeable lack of freshness. Also be prepared for long wait times at this “fast food” establishment. I’ve avoided this particular BK for years due to previous experiences but thought i’d give them another chance after the remodel. Unfortunately, the only thing that has seemed to change after the remodel is the look of the building. I should’ve went to Mcdonald’s because I’d at least “be lovin’ it”
