I stopped in at 9:30 in the morning. Counter service was basically non-existent and for the limited amount of time I got an employee to acknowledge me, they could not have looked more bored and interested if they tried. Both trash cans were so full the lids were stuck open, the drink station was filthy. There was sticky soda syrup all over the back plate behind the ice lever but on the arm where you are expected to put your cup for ice and drink was covered in sticky syrup and what appeared to be mixed with dirt or paper fibers. Tables seemed as if they were swiped with a dry napkin and what was wiped to the floor was still laying there and the table tops did not seem to be cleaned. Keep in mind it was 9:30 in the morning. The breakfast sandwich was literally smashed so thin the wrapper was thicker. It was supposed to be a ham/cheese croissant but they managed to get the croissant flatter than the slice of cheese. I have never been so disgusted by a fast food restaurant nor have I ever been more disappointed at those at corporate level for allowing your standards to drop so low that this is an acceptable presentation for your stores. After working at a BK for nearly 10 years and it being one of my favorites for a great chicken sandwich, I really don't know how I can trust the food handlers to be any cleaner or care about cleanliness when dealing with food. I believe it is time to forget they are still open and find a new place to stop, I do not recommend ANYONE stop at this location

Linsey Ballard just made my morning. She is such an angel. But food was completely wrong and store was a mess . $20 bucks wasted .. the crew literally had to ask me 7 times if I wanted pickles . Read your screen . It says no pickle no tomato . I got 7 pickles on a double whopper and 3 tomato. What a joke .

Ordered the 2 for 5 sausage egg and cheese croissant and got half a sausage patty and half an egg. Wtf! Your food is definitely not grade A! I want my money back but don't want to have them call BGPD on me for complaining like they did on On Patrol Live! It's something how the owners haven't responded to the reviews on here.

Food service is bad the lobby is always as dirty as the bathroom and employees standing around rumors from other employees that they dnt properly clean food equipment freezer went out food inside thawed refroze ND they still served it this location needs to shutdown it's nasty slow and the employees halfway do their job one of the managers was walking around with a poop stain on the back of her shirt they touch customers food with hands and drop food on floor and still cook it all they do is go outside and smoke good dope they always out of stuff and drive thru is set up to where once you in line you're stuck avoid this location
