The place is very dirty, I don't recommend it. It doesn't seem like they care about keeping the restaurant clean, and besides, they don't have what you'd expect.

I’ve always enjoyed Burger King, and the food at this location was good as always. However, my recent drive-thru experience was disappointing. The employee taking orders seemed noticeably rude. I understand that working in a fast-paced environment like that can be exhausting, and accidents happen, but what followed felt unprofessional.
When I handed over my card, the worker dropped it — which I understand could have been an accident — but it landed in a puddle on a rainy day. What bothered me wasn’t the drop itself, but the lack of any apology or acknowledgment. Instead, the window was closed immediately, and another employee eventually came to hand me my food.
The food was solid, but the customer service in this instance definitely fell short. I hope the staff receives the support and training they need to improve future interactions.

The food here at 21st and shadeland at burger king is absolutely terrible microwave burgers and soggy chicken fries. Dirty tables inside the restaurant, every single one of them. And management didn't care. Said he would get somebody on it, but we're outside looking and no one's on it. They got dirty tables all of them are dirty. ! My advice do not eat at this burger king very nasty dirty.

They don't make their shakes right the 1st one had way to much syrup I ordered a large. The 2nd one was to runny and they gave me a small. I order a hamburger ketchup pickle mayo only no cheese the put so much ketchup on it I could have ketchuped everyone's burger for the next year. And I come here all the time. And they do this every time . I'm done I'll find somewhere else to go eat

Ordered two 12 piece chicken fries. Got home and they both only had 9 fries and they were old. I'm assuming they were too lazy to make more so they shorted me. Tried to call the store. No answer! Didn't give me a receipt either. The lady at the window was rude and acted like she hated her job!

The sandwiches were really dry even after I asked for extra mayo.It was the halloween sandwich and the sandwich with the onion rings on it. I asked for extra Mayo on both of the sandwiches and they were still dry.

Typical burger king. I've had mixed experiences I've been there a few times and sometimes it was really fast others it took a while. Food was always what I would expect from BK and they always had my order correct. Not the friendliest of staff.

This Burger King drive through is awful. Literally every time I've used drive through Services it's the worst experience. I have to first wait for an extended time for them to even take my order... then I go to the window and have to wait another extended period to get my food.

Had a mobile order made at 1104 pm got there a 1110pm and there was no answer at the interview come for ten minutes pulled up to the window and know is there. Pull in to the parking lot to cancel my mobile order the employees are leaving 40 mins be for the store closes
