I ordered a big fish it had been a while since I had had one I would not serve them they are now so little they belong on a White Castle bun. You used to have a nice big fish sandwich now I would take it off the market it's little and overcooked

As the cashier was handing my food out the drive thru window the bag ripped and all the food went everywhere they re made all of my food in less then 2 minutes an they was very kind and apologized several times great group of people

By far worst burger king I've ever been too. Waited 20 minutes for my food and it came out cold and wrong a whooper with no onions was labeled right and loaded with onions! Do not eat their unless you want to waste your money!

I order food week ago around 1:22am they said they are closed but my order got done from bk app they took my money and my reward points they have closing time 1:30 i order before closing it doesn’t make sense you are closing earlier it’s not my fault after sll things i try to get refund but i didn’t get anything from store and app no food no money.they gave me stress also waste my time and money over here.

This Burger King is incredibly consistent. The inside is a little bit, meh, but the food is always good and it’s normally given to us correctly. I am going to have to say that I have picked up food twice and the bag has smelled so heavily of potpourri that I think someone is putting lotion on their hands before handing out food

I ordered the pickle chips because it was new on the menu. All of the sides at Burger King are really terrible. I was hoping that this would actually be good. I paid $4 for a flimsy portion. I ordered online and immediately went into the store and it was already ready. Which tells me that they did not make the pickle chips fresh. They were soggy and cold and literally like a third of the box was full. I wouldn't have even paid a dollar for that ridiculous amount. Huge waste of my money. Every time I go to this particular Burger King I have a bad experience. I don't know why I keep returning. And when I asked the guy at the register how long they had pickle chips he was literally like clueless. He had zero personality. No smile, no customer service skills at all. I truly think this will be my last visit to Burger King in general.
