I order food week ago around 1:22am they said they are closed but my order got done from bk app they took my money and my reward points they have closing time 1:30 i order before closing it doesn’t make sense you are closing earlier it’s not my fault after sll things i try to get refund but i didn’t get anything from store and app no food no money.they gave me stress also waste my time and money over here.

This Burger King is incredibly consistent. The inside is a little bit, meh, but the food is always good and it’s normally given to us correctly. I am going to have to say that I have picked up food twice and the bag has smelled so heavily of potpourri that I think someone is putting lotion on their hands before handing out food

I ordered the pickle chips because it was new on the menu. All of the sides at Burger King are really terrible. I was hoping that this would actually be good. I paid $4 for a flimsy portion. I ordered online and immediately went into the store and it was already ready. Which tells me that they did not make the pickle chips fresh. They were soggy and cold and literally like a third of the box was full. I wouldn't have even paid a dollar for that ridiculous amount. Huge waste of my money. Every time I go to this particular Burger King I have a bad experience. I don't know why I keep returning. And when I asked the guy at the register how long they had pickle chips he was literally like clueless. He had zero personality. No smile, no customer service skills at all. I truly think this will be my last visit to Burger King in general.

This is probably the best Burger King in the city. The food is hot good. The people working there need a raise. They were courteous fast and the food was hot. I went through the drive through 11-4-24 7:10 pm. Oh, and did I say they need a raise.
Because I had just left Burger King on Washington Street, and it was horrible. I pulled away and did not even get the food they were so slow.

The sandwich I got was so uneditable because of how much sauce they put on it I had to throw it out the window for it to stop falling all over my car and I. There was so much sauce the whole bun was soggy and sticking to the paper. The sandwich was half put together (the patty being half off the bun). I tried taking napkin after napkin to it trying to get some of it off just so I could eat it and couldn’t even get it off enough for me to eat it. Really sucks especially because I’m 5 months pregnant and haven’t eaten all day just to pay 9 dollars for something I can’t eat it.
