I showed up to an empty parking lot and an empty drive-through yesterday with the family. As soon as we walk in, we are told they are too busy and we would not be served. There were about 6 employees standing around doing no work and looking like they were making a video and messing around. BK needs to clean house and hire people with work ethic.

Horrible experience! Had a medical emergency and needed to use the restroom. Jessica told me I had to purchase something to get the code to the bathroom. Unbelievable! Then the code wouldn't work and she totally ignored my plea for help!

Breakfast ? and tots!
Normally drive past this location and go to 71st Street.
Service is still remarkably slow.
When I got in drive thru 1st car sat at speaker over 10 minutes.
One car left.
I got to speaker and nothing said for 2 minutes until I started whistling..cars behind me leaving in droves.
Food was excellent though, best burrito and crowns I've ever gotten.

Unprofessional staff socializing with a whole lot of profanity, staff member was flirting with a customer in the drive through. Had to wait on cashier a bit before placing my order, I was almost was late back to work from lunch. Do better!
