Custom sandwich incorrect...ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce...but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up...went to voice-mail. I do think they've recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here's hoping this crew gets it right soon.

I'm giving this particular BK a 5 star rating for their knowledge in food allergies. We requested to get a couple burgers w/no bun as our daughter has celiac. The manager went above and beyond to make sure not only to not put a bun on her burgers but to have the makers change their gloves and keep her food from ours. They even went so far as to make sure the fries were sharing are in their own bag. Excellent service!

It's the little things. Several times I have had minor order issues such as ordering plain and getting regular. The issue is that everytime it seems to be drive thru only so I have to park leave my vehicle and stand awkwardly by the drive thru window and try to get someone's attention in between other patrons cars. Not very convenient and since I can't even get the salt and pepper I ask for it's not my go to Burger King
