Came to the establishment this morning and the service was horrible. The lady at the first window in the drive thru was rude and very disrespectful. The food was cold and they forgot items. When I went back to the store, they told me that they were not remaking the food and that they would call the police on me if I didn’t leave the establishment.

Came to this establishment on my break; ordered a breakfast sandwich, I always check my sandwiches no matter where I go, upon my surprise, I found a bug in my sandwich, took it back and got refunded, thank God I didn’t eat it.

Take my money what I pay for is what I pay for and I expect my service. Customs is always way highest. Terrible, terrible service. You buy one thing and they give you something else. This is the fourth time this has happened to me. It's the last time I shop there. They're distracted, talking, not paying attention to the orders. Terrible place.

I have a problem with your app. When you're in the location or actually in the parking lot of the burger king that you are wanting to go into. It gives you a different location other than the one that you're at. I paid it on the app, not realizing that it was paying it at another location. I then went to talk to the manager. He called the other location, and then I was able to still get my my food. Which I was very pleased with?Yeah, it didn't recognize the location that I was at.
