What a joke, went through drive thru and its BK have it your way. Ordered and left to eat got home and realized it was wrong. Went back and they wanted to look at it like I was lying. No, we are sorry or anything. Manager on duty put the sandwiches in the bag and threw them on the counter without saying a word. It's not my fault you chose to work here. Go elsewhere

Everytime I swing through the drive-thru the staff is kind, quick, and the food always comes out hot and fresh!! This location made me start eating Burger King again! Won’t go to any other. Big shoutout to the staff for making this place great!

I went thru the drive thru and had previously ordered online. Was handed coffee without creamer and she said "thank you " and shut the window, wouldn't have been a problem except I ordered a breakfast crossandwich as well, I sat there for a few minutes watching them fill other orders so I knocked on the drive thru window and finally I got someone's attention. She opened the window and I said "I ordered a crossandwich, too." She said "they are preparing it." I said "sorry, I didn't know that." After a few minutes watching her angrily throw the crossandwich in the bag, she handed it to me and I drove away. This was ordered in plenty of time for them to prepare it.

Absolutely hate this location ! Night shift is the absolute worst !!!! Mess the food up Everytime then when you correct them and tell them it's wrong they get mad and argue with you and don't want to fix it or remake it !

Disgusting!! Cold food. Old food. Took my sandwich in and kindly asked for it to be remade fresh. I get in my car and notice it was just put in the microwave. My husband threw his up right after eating this crap! Chicken sandwich with extra mayo? This is what was handed to me. This is the second "corrected" sandwich!!! Makes no sense! Especially because his area is not high traffic at all!!!
This is my first time going to Burger King that gives crispy french fries. All the other Burger King that I’ve been to so far I’ve given me soggy bad tasting french fries in Indiana. I am pleased with my experience with Burger King here.
Update: After eating the fries let me tell you how bad my mozzarella sticks were. Theyre were cold and not cooked all the way. The cheese was dough like and it definitely ruined it for me. Upset, I was really shocked by the fries but disappointed with my mozzarella fries.

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. I've previously had wonderful interactions with every shift I've ordered food from. Tonight was bad. Wound up in the drive through 3 times. 1st try, wrong whoppers, we called and manager Evey said to bring all the food back, so we did. We had made it all the way home and had to come all the way back out. 2nd try, received our burgers (still wrong) and no large fry, we had given all the food back so we only had the burgers and drink at this point. 3rd time back through to get our large fry and Evey handed us a small fry. I told her I needed the large, that's what we had ordered, and she tried to argue that she had replaced all the sandwiches and that she wasn't going to replace the fry we handed back because it wasn't in the original bag we handed back. She went to look and found that we DID in fact hand her a large fry back. She gave me the fry, we left and didn't even eat our food because we're pretty certain it was tampered with. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and I hope Evey receives better customer service training.
