Went to lunch today at 1153am. It took until 1237pm for me to get a impossible whopper meal. Babr the smart mouth manager refused and said burger king dint give refunds on keala you haven't even received but must wait until she fixed 15 orders and still wouldn't give us our money. The broiler broke so Barb had to stand on the sandwich station to reach top of bread bin..she then stepped down and got mad because us the customer ask her to sanitize the corner where she was standing and change gloves. The company should have ladders for heights not the place where food is prepared. The cashier apologized but never did the manager. She yelled and had a fit ..NO REASON TO KEEP CUSTOMERS MONEY IF WE DONT WONT THE FOOD YOUR PREPARING SND WE HADNT RECEIVED IN 30 MINS....NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS OR ANY OTHER BK...BARB LEARN HOW TO MANAGER YOUR STORE EMPLOYEES AND ATTITUDE. IF BROILER DOWN DONT KEEP HAVING EMPLOYEES TAKE ORDERS...WILL BE LOOKING IN TO S LAWYER SINCE BARB DENIED AND LIED AFTER REFUNDS AND MADE ME TAKE A ORDER AFTER SHE STOOD ON STATION WHERE THE BUNS COME OUT AND ARE PREPARAED!!

The wait time was ridiculous. I wanted to leave but when I got my food I noticed they were under staffed. The food was good. I got the shroom and Swiss melt.

Food is fine but the service is almost never good. I don’t blame the workers. I blame management for poor staffing. Guy on the drive though told me to hold a minute. 5 mins later I ask if he’s ready and he tells me to hold a minute again. I’m sure he was filling multiple positions.

Again this restaurant in THE INDIANAPOLIS LOCATION SERVES CRAPPY FOOD. You can’t give a BK EXPERIENCE REVIEW BECAUSE THE DONT GIVE YOU THE RECEIPT.
The kitchen needs to learn how to make food soggy fries no toasted bun. Fries are always cold. The quality of food from this industry has been terrible in all INDIANAPOLIS LOCATIONS . By the way this hamburger was awful. The food is better during the day, nights need to find another job

The Day Time Ladies Do A Fantastic job. They're always quick with orders while being busy. Ive got maybe 10min to eat on a 30 min lunch. Thank you from the Grey Honda!

BK corporate has added a 30 cent uncharged if you want a piece of cheese on your Whopper Jr. Their truck didn't come in so onion rings, milk shakes and other things were not available. Atmosphere is dreary thanks to ugly furnishings. The staff was great, they were doing the best they could given the greed and incompetence coming from BK corporate that they have to deal with.
