$7 for a Whopper Junior in small Sprite. The burger was smaller than I remember them being and it was dry. Okay, I guess, but just not really very good

Drive thru slow. Got my order with none if the sauces. Went inside and asked for them and totally ignored. Waited through other customers to see if they just needed a minute. Now I have no sauces and me and my grandson have cold food.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches no lettuce to go from cashier who understood very little English. I had to repeat it 3 times. She said the total was $5.88 which would be price of one. I told her for the 4th time 2 fish no lettuce. She said do you want 2? Also the fish must have been cooked yesterday as they were cold and dried out. Didn't feel like driving back in the snow to get order replaced so I chalked it up to Burger King hiring people whether they can do the job or not. Next time I'll go to Culver's up the street for decent fish and service.

Wanted to try the new pickle ranch whopper and this is what I got. The customer service was sub par but let's be real, I don't do fast food for the service but at least being acknowledged would be nice. If you can't manage decent service then make up for it with the food but it's definitely not as advertised. The "pickles" were basically just skin.

I am furious they weren't even busy I have receipt I paid for one whopper one big fish chicken nuggets two drinks , literally they gave me my two drinks and a whopper jr ...you owe me a whopper, big fish, nuggets and my fries! Pay attention you would be angry if it happened to you too

Had me waiting at the 1st window until food was done!!!! Very unprofessional. What happened to good customer service???
Dude in drive thru couldn't even take my order correctly...kept saying the purple whopper...the special meal promotion going on... and he just didn't understand. We sat in line not being greeted for 5mins prior...was wild & honestly the worst drive thru experience

Sat in drive thur literally 15 mins from time pulling in lot to window. On top of that, the chart said "less busier than usual " NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE AGAIN!!!!! At 96th and #69.... DON'T GO THERE,, IT SUCKES!! AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE,!!!!

Issue: Could not understand the person and no screen to read order. At the window she talked so fast that I couldn’t understand her. I responded with “ I ordered 2 items only”. I guess that she couldn’t understand me either because she took my money and gave me a receipt. It had three items on it. Two hamburgers and one chicken. The lady at the next window had to fix it. She was polite, so I gave them 5 stars.

I'm a Regular customer at this location simply because the service is wonderful. Every time I go the workers are very pleasant. Today I placed an order and The assistant Manager Manuela I hope I'm spelling her name correctly was sooo sooo sweet and even though I ordered too late for breakfast she still fulfilled my order with no problem. Thank you again Mrs Manuela you're so very kind.
