It's Burger King. Can't expect too much.

Today, I decided to try dining inside the restaurant instead of using the drive-thru as I usually do.

I arrived at 10:09 AM — it might not be the usual time for a burger, but I wanted to enjoy the experience. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, medium fries, and a Coke.

The meal was fresh, clean, and carefully prepared. I usually request no salt on the fries, but I forgot to mention that during this visit. As for the burger, my usual order is plain with just cheese, and it was made exactly the way I like it — simple and delicious.

The dine-in area was very clean and well-organized, with comfortable and quiet seating that made the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed the atmosphere — calm, neat, and welcoming.

The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and carried out their work with care and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend visiting this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The quality of the Burger Kings throughout the Indianapolis area are questionable at best. This location is definitely the exception. I visited at 12:30 on a Saturday. However, the food was hot, fast, and exactly what I ordered. I haven't gotten that at some locations at 5pm on a Tuesday when business is slow. If you're looking for good BK, drive to this location. It is worth it

Burgers weren’t terrible but they weren’t the best BK I’ve ever eaten. Sloppily put together. Fries were hot! Loved them!

The fries were fresh and hot. The burger was well prepared. The crew member even brought my order to the table where I was seated waiting for my order number to be called.

3 different Oaklandon Rd visits. #1 I previously ordered the 2 whopper deal & the burger was so despicably cold I just gave mine away. #2 later ordered 2 ice cream CONES, I get to the drive thru window & employee attempted to hand me 2 Sundae cups of ice cream. I reaffirmed “that’s not what I ordered “. She responded “we ran outta cones. I say “well let’s make em sundaes then?” She responded she couldn’t do that & asked the reluctant Supervisor to no avail. I never implied I wouldn’t/couldn't pay the difference by all means. #3 Today I ordered the coupon 2 croissants, hash brown & coffee. The guy kept asking me for the code in the itty bitty coupon. I kept telling him I didn’t have my readers or magnifying glass. Then he arrogantly tried showing me where to look. Again, I say “I can’t see that”. He snatched my coupon outta my hand. He gave me my bag of food asked about jelly, creamer & sugar I got em & pulled off. His vibe/energy was so horrible he forgot my coffee. I went back thru drive thru, say to him “you forgot my coffee”. He defensively shaded me by saying “you pulled off”. Clearly it his attitude that caused him to be hostile & forgetful. Burger King need to check their employee’s customer service, accountability & law breaking, OSHA non compliance street attire “dirty do rags”. I conclude their common practice has become so confrontational & ghetto.

This was my favorite Burger King to visit for many years. I've never visited late in the evening. I have always had excellent in the morning and afternoon.
I did a claim on the Burger King app Saturday with no response as they keep promising. From the looks of the reviews here no response on here neither. I want to still post for people to take my experience into consideration.

I did an app order for driver thru pick up. I come to the window. There is a young lady at the window waiting on the cook to hand her the bags. She took her hair down out of the ponytail, scratched all through her hair, flicked something out of her finger, then put her hair back into a ponytail. She grab the bags from the bagger and handed them to me. I looked through the bags I said it's the wrong order. I gave the name. They had me pull around to the doors to wait.

I decided to get out of the car because I did not want the lady to touch my bag nor food. The dining area was locked. I stood at the window to watch. The food bagger bagged my food and brought it out. I told her, you must tell the young lady she should not play in her hair while handling food, it's not sanitary.

I saw her tell the young lady. The young lady touched her hair again by flicking her ponytail with a negative gesture. We decided not to eat the food. The food wasn't even hot nor lukewarm.
This was terrible to see because they always have great service, fresh food, and cleanliness.

Messed up my order and over charged me. They refunded the over charge but my order was still wrong and I didn't have the additional time to wait for them to fix that too

I came into the establishment today. The lady got my order wrong; instead of correcting it, she told me what I had ordered. I do not eat ground beef; why would I order a ground beef sandwich? I asked for the manager, but she said there wasn't one there, and why I was waiting for my refund. Another gentleman came in; his order was wrong. I will not return again.

$7 for a Whopper Junior in small Sprite. The burger was smaller than I remember them being and it was dry. Okay, I guess, but just not really very good

Drive thru slow. Got my order with none if the sauces. Went inside and asked for them and totally ignored. Waited through other customers to see if they just needed a minute. Now I have no sauces and me and my grandson have cold food.
