Went through drive thru and was asked to park. I waited 10 mins for half my order then when I go through drive thru they’re laughing about it. Will not be back. Horrible food. Horrible customer service.

Drive thru was closed. That should've been red flag #1.The inside's soda machine is a pool of liquid, and half of our order was wrong. Not returning to this location.

I was the only person in the place, no one at the drive up window, but yet, no one could stop their social gathering to take my order. So I left. But that's okay because I really didn't want these lazy people preparing my food. Shut this place down!

The doors are open business was slow. I was told " we not open inside bro" seems like that decision was made on the fly because they didn't want to deal with dine in. Staff was having their own thing going on didn't want to be bothered.
Dining room door was locked at 530 in the afternoon. Also, employees were double-parked in front of the door, limiting access to guests. The original chicken sandwiches were so over cooked, they were drier than the bun. Maybe the employees should learn to hit the proper timer for the item.

For years, the employees are in my opinion deceitful and say they don’t have your order. I can’t stand this place. It’s ridiculous. Every time I go there they tell me they don’t have the order. It is so horrible!!!!!!!

Ordered online, sat waiting for the food for over 10 minutes, mind you we were the only people there. The burger was cold & the fries weren't even done. Not sure what these people were doing for 10 minutes, but it surely wasn't working. The employees at this location are absolute trash. They don't care about anything they are doing & I'm thinking maybe somebody should call the health department, as well. If they don't care about making the food, I'm sure they don't care about cleanliness. Tried to call & speak to a manger & somebody answered & just hung up the phone, so there is no accountability. Whoever owns this franchise might want to manage their business more closely because your employees don't care at all.
The lady who took our order was absolutely friendly and helpfull. I will come back for sure
