breakfast crew is great. i’ve never had issues in the morning. afternoon/evening crew is completely different. they’re rude and have a HIGH rate of getting my orders wrong. and when i bring back the wrong orders, there’s very little assistance unless i go online about it

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at breakfast with only one person in front of me, and I left with stuff I didn't even order. That's on me for that, and I know we're all struggling right now, but it's a sausage croissandwich. It's not difficult. The BK down on 56th is better. Go there.

Terrible customer service, asked for no onions on my whopper and they decided to put nothing on it instead. Only ones in the drive thru and had us waiting in the parking lot for 10 Mins for our order. All the employees were running around like they didn't know what they were doing.

I went in to Burger King last Thursday morning and I was treated like royalty by Ingrid and Simon. I appreciated their eye contact, friendliness, and attentiveness. They certainly made me feel like a true guest. Customer service is everything. Without it you have nothing! Your crew is doing great! Keep up the good work!

This place is hardly ever open I am a bus driver and I try to stop quickly and grab a bite to eat multiple times a week and the door is always locked.

For any one who had a bad experience with this location in the past year im glad to say management had changed thank you so much simon for changing my point of view of this location i no longer have to go to the far location .. past management were terrible i had many issues with them !! very very respectful manager thank Simon i had to give u a good review and delete the bad review ull see me weekly from now on

Went through the drive through, pop machine not working, no juice, only had coffee asked if they had food they said yes but they didn't serve biscuits and gravy. I left. Great place to start a restaurant.
