I would not eat here, even after the “remodel.” New look, same terrible service. Even if you have to drive to another BK, I would do that. Avoid.

Please listen to all the negative reviews!!! I placed an online order and I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. There was no employee attending to the drive-thru! I repeatedly tried speaking but got no response. I gave up and went into the restaurant to pick up the food. The employee attending said they were slammed with orders which was why there was such a long wait time. I hadn't been to a BK in years but was craving it and came to this location because it was the nearest to my kids school. The food wasn't even that good either. The spicy chicken sandwich was just okay and the French fries were soggy. The only good thing was the Hershey sundae pie. Probably never coming back to this location. The employees here need more training because that was an overall negative experience.

My 17 year old daughter went through the drive through on Jan 6,2026 about 4pm and she ordered mozzarella sticks. When picking up her food at the window and she was asked by a male if she wanted the marinara sauce and she replied no… he replied, while looking her up and down if she wanted his special sauce?
Absolutely disgusting and should not have ever happened. I tried to call to talk to a manager and the phone number just keeps ringing.

Food quality is as expected from Burger King nothing great. Fries dumped in the bag and sandwiches thrown together. Edible! Drive thru service was another story. Whoever is taking orders has an attitude and rushes your orders. Once you’re at the window you either get someone else’s meals or drinks, wrong sizes, no napkins or straws either!

Ever since the remodel the food is absolutely garbage, Cold everytime I get it, employees do not care. Got the ham n cheese croissant and it was like it was pulled out of the fridge

The milkshake was basically chocolate milk....I had to put it in the freezer to hopefully make it better, the chicken fries were inedible (they were so hard they felt like they just gave me stale ones, the mozzarella sticks sucked, my drink was lemon water instead of lemonade. We had to request our drinks because they were not actually paying attention to what was ordered. The owner needs to revamp the staff since they revamped the building. The staff is a disaster. Ill go farther away for burger king at this point.

We just left the Burger King's newly recorded store on Pendleton Pike.
We waited in line to order for 30 minutes. The car at the drive-thru where orders are placed didn't move. Cars behind us left and that gave us the ability to leave also because there is a curb you can't pull out of line without backing up.
We will not try this again.
Why would a newly remolded restraunt be such a sad business?

This location is a joke your employees dont want to work they are rude and ignore customers. I got my order the burger was cold the fries were cold but my drink was warm don't understand how they got that backwards. Until you change your staff fire the lazy ungrateful and hire the grateful your store will continue with problems

Ever since they remodeled this year. Service a d food has been horrible.

One visit they have NO FRIES. How does that happen???

Next visit...they have no ice and the pop is room temperature.

Next visit, I order a ham, egg, and cheese crossaint and it's barely warm, the croissant is not what I remember from years ago. It did not taste good at all. Seems like service has just gone down. I pray it improves or the reviews will pour in.

Horrible customer service!!!! The lady was cussing about my kids. I sent my 16 and 15 year old in to order. They ordered the SpongeBob meal and I guess they are out of things. So she started cussing and being rude for no reason at all. This was at 8:50 pm.She then came out and sat in her white car. She should be fired for cussing at kids. Here’s a picture of her car

Made an online order today December 4th through the app after sitting in drive-thru for 15mins to be waited on got our order and food was old and cold didn’t get the sauces I ordered asked for napkins gave me what was supposed to be an Icy said have a good day and closed the window I ordered a SpongeBob Icy it wasn’t frozen just liquid no ice in my drink.
