Unfortunately the burgers have changed. They used to be addicting, but whatever they are doing now is horrible. Tastes like cardboard and no real smoke taste. The smell is the same, but the taste is not. The employees did a great job and should not be faulted for a corp decision. I am really disspointed as this was one if my great indulgences on occasion. If you still like the burgers, enjoy. For me it is a no going forward.

Burger, king, you've got to do better with your burgers. They taste dried now like they've been sitting in the Sun Before you serve them. Let not mess up a tradition now. You've got to do better.

Wow! What a turnaround. In August I vowed I’d never return and last month gave it one more try and have been back several times. Ordering on the app, take out, rewards, price and of course it’s BK is much improved. Thank you!
