Staff seemed to be pleasant but lacked basic customer service etiquette. Ordered 2- 5 for $7 combos. When I got home and had begun eating I noticed a hair in my sandwich, called the store and was told to bring the item back they'd take care of it. Drove back to the store did not receive an apology no type of compensation. I was given back the sandwich and that's all. Staff lacks basic empathy.

I would give 0 if I could NONE of the employees wear gloves I'm sitting here waiting on a door dash watching them touch the food wit no gloves on that's nasty af don't ever eat here. And it's everyday I come no matter wat time no one wear gloves

The sign say they are open 24 hours, the past 2-days around 3am and 4:30am there has been excuses after excuses why they can not provide service at this time. The first day I was told the computer is down and it will take 25 minutes before it's up. I said ok and I left. Day 2 I pulled up and was ask am I using an app I told him no and he said at this time they are only about to provide service for people using the app. When they decided to open 24 hours it did not say only for those using an app. So I will stop by again around this same time if I continue to get the same results. I will continue to write bad reviews.

Went to grab lunch what I ask for vs what I got. It really wasn't busy I was the only one in drive thru (where is my cheese I was charged for. Oh I got pickles I didn't want pickles no onions

My croissant breakfast sandwich was very squished and the coffee tasted somewhat burnt. Drive through service was good though. Ultimately it got the job done.

Make sure to ask for sauces at the speaker instead of at the window or else they’ll snap at you for not doing so.
Cashier at drive thru was extremely nice and professional. She made sure our order was correct and asked us if we needed any condiments. Food was hot and fresh! Kudos Burger King!
