Put in an online order last night for 3 trios and everything was gd til I had to be pulled up at the window I sat there for over 30 mins waiting on chicken fries fries and a couple burgers as I sat there I watched a good 10 to 15 cars roll thru the drive thru and get their orders while I waiting when I finally got fed up and walked in the said waiting on fries it dont take 30 mins for a basket of fries got my food and it was all cold as hell besides the fries couldn't eat the chicken fries bc u put them in microwave they get hard so then who wants to reheat food that should be hot at that point i emailed support and they wanna offer 5 dollars for over 20 dollars in food that was cold thats an insult anyone who goes her should know how bad this bk is i wont be going back i will travel or just not eat bk again bc my experiences keep getting worse and worse

Just got two sandwiches. The crew was very friendly and i got my food fast. I have never had a problem with this location.

Horrible service. I had to ask for my receipt and when I received the duplicate copy I had a .48 unauthorized round up on it. I was not asked about any round up and what is it for?!!
I swear on my own mother's life; it doesn't matter how many times you come here and ask for sauce, they will NEVER give it to you the first time. It's ONE thing if you forgot to ask for it. It's a WHOLE other thing when they say OK, giving the expectation of a promise, only for you to drive all the way home and realize, ONCE AGAIN; NO SAUCE PACKETS THAT ONCE AGAIN PROMISED TO GIVE YOU.. WTFFFFFF!!!!! You gonna drive back and eat cold food? They're certainly not gonna replace it!!
Staff is always nice, food is fresh, and they give napkins!!! Big bonus at lunch.
Girl had an attitude. Didn't want to give me my change. Girl took money at one window and ran up front to give me food which was cold. French bread sticks weren't even in bag, hashbrowns were also cold. They must make a bunch of food up ahead of time. Nothing is ever hot. Shut it down if not going to live up to reputation. This place sucks!
Well usually a good visit, I had time to stop in and sit down to eat breakfast. The person who rang me out of charge me $1 for a medium drink that I did not request. It's a little shady to automatically charge somebody for something they did not ask for. I got the mail and should have gotten a free small drink, not been charged a dollar for medium that I didn't even finish
I’m one to give good reviews even to fast food places. This was one of the absolute slowest places I’ve ever been to. I was the only person in line and waited more than 10 minutes for a double Whopper and small fries. There was not only not a sense of urgency…there was no sense of doing anything.

The only Burger King I will eat at and not be disappointed. They always get my food right and it is always hot. They people are friendly and its clean.

This is an awesome place to eat! I always get an impossible burger with just lettuce, Ketchup, and mayonnaise, and not is it yummy every time! The manager is also super sweet, I don’t think I have had a negative experience here :) I also love the Coke Freestyle Machine. Thank you!

Went to BK in the morning was “Greeted” at the drive through with an unenthusiastic “Order”…….. when I was getting my food someone had walked up behind my car, the employee told them to “ Come up behind his car to the window like you always do” instead of Opening the inside restaurant to let the customer walk in and order? When I got my food the hash browns looked disgusting I can definitely tell they haven’t changed the fry oil in Days. Very disappointed but it might have just been a morning shift problem.
