Best BK in Indy. Some of the best fast food and service from any drive through restaurant in the last year! I work late nights they're open late, huge plus. Tonight and the previous 3 to 4 times I've stopped in the last 6 months the food has been fresh, delicious, and correct. The service is fast and always friendly. There were maybe 6 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was helped and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Consistency is everything in food service and industry and youre killing it in consistency. I'm sincerely impressed with this Burger King. Great job!

Place sucks my sausage biscuits was burnt to hell hard as a rock I’ll definitely be getting my money back and my iced coffee taste like sock water i mean really how is it so bitter u people are a joke go to a different location

Went through drive thru, lady was snippy and didn't listen. I said no mayo or tomato didn't put it on the screen and when I tried to ask about it she just said "I got it" before I could even finish my question. Terrible service, never coming back again.

They sent the wrong order twice, back to back. Not to mention everything that was fried was burnt. The second dasher couldn't speak English so when I calld him while he was still at the Burger King he was afraid to answer the phone. I called Burger King and supposedly spoke with a manager. The guy sounded like he had just woken up. He said "I just got back in the building and I dont know what happened." Terrible experience all together. I think it's time for our family to take a break from fast food and door dash all together. Oh yeah, door dash didnt give us a compete refund for some unknown reason either even though we did nothing wrong. Now lm stuck with a $29 dollar door dash credit and I don't want to order anything. Just terrible.

The manager of this location is very unprofessional and rude. I’ve seen her sneeze and not wash her hands. Plus, she never says thank you, she didn’t even speak to us. I’ve always gone to this location because it’s right up the road from where I live, I will be driving the extra mile to go to the location on Keystone from now on.

Be nice to the people who handle your food. I came here one time had a bad experience but today around 451 I ordered two junior whoopers an large fry an everything was on point.🤙🏼
