I asked for a specific order and paid for something not to be placed (ice in drink) (bacon on burgers) and they were placed regardless. When the attempt to correct the order was made, it was met with contention and disrespect. This facility is need, great need of training in customer relations.

Went to the bathroom and I seen a roach I know what roaches look like went to the table where my kids and I were eating and there was one on the seat. manager Jessica is super disrespectful and should not be gm there what so ever Burger King on 16th as went down hill so badly

Favorite thing at BK are the inexpensive, small, soft-serve ice cream cones.
I ordered three meals and I had issues with two of the meals. In one of the burgers I ordered, the meat looks like it was bitten.And I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger but it came with no bacon.I tried calling the location of whered I ordered from to report the issue, but they never answered or called.

The lazy staff likes to stall until breakfast time is over. I ordered on Doordash with plenty of time left and when the driver got there only a few minutes after breakfast was over, the order hadn't even been started. There's no reason it they couldn't start the food in the 20+ minutes it took the driver to arrive. This has been a repetitive problem.
